abs since its summer & all, i wanted to keep my stomach fit. i've tried crunches & sit ups & they don't work that well. does anyone know any good ab exercises that you can do on your own??

umm try running alot. and do push ups before you go to sleep. swim laps at the pool because its summerr! eat healthy and try to lift weighttss a little biit. but ruunn!

Sames with me! im trying to keep fit for summer i wanna get that bikini kinda body lol If you have on demand for comcast on tv,find the sports and fitness catagory and then do fitness tv then go to bikini body workout and then youll find a ton of ab workouts which in my opinion work really well.You mgith want to try doing cardio (burns alot of fat),yoga&pliates (great way to get in shape and have an awesome body) try going on your treadmill for about 30 minutes a day too along with lifting weights for about 10 to 20 minutes each day.Ill give you some good websites on ab workouts too,and remember to eat right and a diet of lots of fruits and veggies and eat things with low fats and trans fats along with low sodium and cholestral(sp)

My sister has an Abe Lougne XL. IT works amazingly. SHe had no pack over winter break and a little fat. SHe wroked out 3x a week 30 minutes each time, and now she has a four pack! I even lost 6 pound on it! I only worked out 1x a week 20 each time and lost that wieght since March!
