how can i lose 5 inches off my waist and how long will it take? thanks

It usually takes about 6 weeks for you too loose 5 inches.

Also try doing cardio workouts along with pilates (best way to lose weight and sculpt your body).If you have on demand for comcast do the fitness section on the main menu.Try running on the treadmill for about 30 minutes a day too along with maybe using weights for about 10 minutes each day.Also eat lots of veggies and fruits along with low sodium,fat,tran-fat,and cholesterol.Good Luck Hun!
