I'm a 16-year-old female and I was celebrating fourth of July with some of my friends last night without my boyfriend. Everyone was drinking and having a good time, and apparently I drank a little more than I should have and ended up calling his voicemail and breaking up with him. He didn't sleep all of last night, and I really love my boyfriend, I've told him that countless times, as well as that I'm sorry, so I don't know what else to say. Does anyone have any advice on what I could do to get him to forgive me?

Let him know you were acting childish, didn't consider his feelings and let him know you won't do anything like that again. He'll probably be a bit sensitive at the moment, but you can earn back his trust etc. Just prove to him you're sorry. Get him a gift, card etc to add to the forgiveness!

Get a lipbalm,gloss,vaseline and apply regularly to make them stay soft. Perhaps get a new summery hair cut? Hair dye? Or if that's too extreme, buy some pretty, summery hair clips/accessories. Get some new makeup to add to your new, flawless look. It will boost your feel good levels :)

All straighteners will damage your hair over time, so always use heat protection sprays etc.
The best straighteners are those with solid ceramic plates. They cause less damage and give better results! Metal plates dry out the hair. Avoid those.

Try those stick on gems and see which side suits you best. Sleeping on it may hurt at the beginning, but after you've had it done for a while, it should be fine, so don't worry about the pain etc. It's only temporary anyway!

a long time ago, i think i read some sort of health article that said that when people work out their abdominal area, it stunts your growth. does anyone know that for sure? i've stopped working out my stomach because i'm already fairly short but i wanted to be sure.

I've just done a bit of research on this and yes, it is false. It was thought to be related to lifting weights a while back, but nothing was proved. So don't worry and don't let it put you off working those stomach muscles!!

Firstly, you deserve to know the truth. After all, it's your body and your father. Try sitting down with your mum again and asking straight out if it's true and say you need to know because it's playing on your mind. You could also try asking your nan again and tell her you are being deadly serious and need to know if she has any idea if it really happened. Do you have any other family members you would feel comfortable with to ask? If so, don't hesitate.

OKay I woke up one day to see little tiny bumps on my face... i thought i was breaking out well now its on my arms and starting to move down my neck. its not noticable to others but when i feel my face and look in the mirror i cna see them. i have been doing my daily rountine as usual using the cleaner, the toner, and then the mosturizer. but its not going away and i don't know what to do. its very itchy. does anyone have any ideas or any experiences that are similar?

If it's itchy, it could be prickly heat, or something related to hot weather.

Ok, so I have been on my period quite a while now. I'm starting to think it's not even a period at all. I've been on it for 6 days. Is this normal, or could it be something other than a period?

Some people's can last as little as 2 days, whilst others can take up to a week. Maybe more despite how heavy it is. Don't worry! 6 days is normal.

Why would your mother say something like that? Do you trust her? Because lying about being molested is serious, and I doubt she would want to hurt you by saying something like that.
Keep trying to find out information from family members etc, or try talking to your mum again. In the end, if you don't believe your dad could ever do something like that, I know it's hard, but the only option is to forget it.. Because there isn't anything you can do anyway.

Don't worry, there's bound to be some discoloration. Have a look around at whitening toothpastes and mouthwashes. Be careful as the excessive use of some products can cause damage to the tooth enamel. Is it possible to go to a hygienist? As that would be better than any whitening products out there, by getting them professionally cleaned :)
