I wonder about Shakira's hit" Hips dont lie".What does she mean by this. How does hips can speak? Is she want to make people think dirty? mind can go tothe thing like hips can fart,is this speaking?

it means like she is turned on by the guy so shes dancing for him and her hips are moving and her dancing isnt just a fake act and she really does like him kinda thing

in her song, she doesnt mean that her hips talk...it is that guys get turned on by big hips and she's just sayin that wen a this guy is lookin at her and is attracted by her and she truly is starting to "feel him". which means she's into him. her hips are sending out a "signal" that she feels sexy and the guy is getting that signal! and the rest of the song is the guy and her expressing how these hips are making him feel and they are not lying, she does feel sexy. you get it. if you still dont understand email me and i'll explain it more
