I'm Christina, and I'm 27. I tend to be brutally honest when I give advice or an opinion. I don't tell people what they want to hear but rather what they need to hear. They don't always appreciate it at first, but I usually get a thank you in the end.

I have 15 tattoos, and 8 piercings. I'm married and just gave birth to a baby boy in May. I'm currently a SAHM so you can find me taking care of my son and binge-watching television while he naps.

I have a non-pedigree black and white cat (not that that helps in any way) and he's 8 years old. He's REALLY fat. Extremely. And I'm afraid he's suffering from obesity (if there is such a thing in cats) he's HUGE. And I can't do anything about it. He's castrated and all he ever does is eat. I've tried to make him more active, give him less food and regulate his diet. I even bought a new kitten to play with! He still eats a lot :( Now, over the past week...he's been coughing and choking. I don't know what it is he's choking on. Whenever he coughs...he coughs up some kind of white....spit...I don't know. It's like a bit of a foam thing..Is this something really bad? Are there any people with more cat experience out there? :S please ;_; I know the obvious thing to do is visit a pet..but see..I'm only 15! And my parents don't really have the financial strength to do this. Please..

Also..is there some kind of way in which to make a VERY lazy cat ...excercise more? he doesn't play with toys.

If you think your cat is sick, the thing you should be doing is taking him to vet; not asking this question.

I'm not sure if this is in the right catogory but I hope so. So, I'm 14 and I'm having sleeping troubles. For one, it takes about an 1 hr for me to actually fall asleep unless I stay up super late. I've tried, singing, counting, listening to music, watching TV, reading a book, and even just laying there. How do I fall asleep w.o taking anything? The next thing is the amount of sleep. I know teenagers are supposed to get about 9 but they almost never happens. I go to school with about 5 and during the summer, since I have such a hard time falling asleep, I'll stay up til 3 or 4 and then get up at 1 but I still feel tired. I heard something like for every hour u are awake after midnight, you need 2 hours to make up for it. Is that true? I'm hoping to get some good sleep sometime soon. Thanks!

I'm not sure if it's true or not, but I do recommend you see a doctor. Since you can't sleep, you may have insomnia which is a sleeping disorder that prevents a person from falling asleep.

My best friend has it & doesn't sleep for weeks at a time usually. But her case of insomnia is a bit extreme. Anyways, see a doctor because you shouldn't take chances. Until then, try taking tylenol PM. I realize you don't want to take anything, but nothing else seems to help, so try that.

in your opinion should a good night, or goodbye kiss be with open mouth and a little toungue, or just a little peck??

And if you have any makeout advice, please tell me. Like tips and stuff.

Some kids don't eat, & some kids eat like cows. However, most of the kids that you see like that either work out or just have a really quick metabolism so they can eat & eat & eat & never gain weight.

If you wanna be like that, work out & drink lots of water. Maybe take up a sport or something.

some guy i love in florida wanted to kill himself
i felt helpless and i tried to stop him. i told him i would tell my mom, but we live a good day away from him.
i couldnt do anything, i dont know if he died.
i wanted to kill myself, i love him, and i couldnt stop him.
at first, i tried to hang myself, i became shaky and delirious
so i tried to calm down, and i couldnt.
so i went into the kitchen, and grabbed the nearest pill bottle, ibuprofen.
i put the bottle to my mouth, and swallowed.
the problem is, i swallowed seven. i know i sound crazy, but ive NEVER overdosed in my life with anything.
i am freaking, because after i realized what i had done, i researched it, and it says to seek immediate medical attention... but i cant.
i worked too hard to gain trust in my mom.
its ten of three in the morning.
i am afraid of the sideeffects of what i have done...
i need to know, its still early... is there anyway i can reverse it? stop the pills effects? wash them out of my system? anything. i dont need to be lectured, i need to know how to stop this.

The worst that can happen to you is that you'll get sick & you'll probably throw them up. If you don't, then you'll feel sick & if you rest for about an hour or 2, you should be fine.

However, it's better that you get medical attention seeing as how they can help you. I would tell your mother anyways. She may not trust you around medicine anymore [mine doesn't], but I think she'd rather you told her than her finding you laying there not breathing, correct?

Next time though, think before you do something. Killing yourself over a guy is stupid. My friend died a month ago [it wasn't his fault], and I wanted to die as well but I didn't do anything to myself. I know he'd want better for me, so I just let my life take its course & I did what I would usually do, I wrote.

If there's anyway you can contact him at all, such as by phone or email, try that. He could be fine, you never know.

I've never had any of those done, but I'm considering all three of those. I love piercings/tattoos & anything that helps to create me.

So far, I've got about 6 piercings. But, honestly, pain is different for everyone. My piercings didn't hurt because I did them myself & I made it quick so I couldn't feel it.

I feel so stupid for asking this, but what EXACTLY is happening in Iraq? Why are we fighting them? What is Bush doing that is making him so hated? Is there anything else that I should know about?I really want to be politically informed!

I'm not exactly neutral about the war. I'm basically against it, but I'll give you my best opinion anyways.

After 9/11 happened, Bush invaded Afghanistan & ruined them. He then decided that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction & invaded them to get them. He THOUGHT there was, but they've still yet to find them. Idiot reason number one.

I don't like Bush because I think he's a moron. As far as I know, he tried to sell NUCLEAR SECRETS to India. I'm not sure whether they like us or not, but if we do something to them that they dislike, there's no doubt in hell they'd make those weapons/bombs and beast all over us with them. As someone who loves life & doesn't want it taken away for a stupid reason, I disagree with what he did. I'm so glad he's going to be out of office soon & if someone from his family happens to be elected in [hopefully, that won't happen], you can guarentee I will be saying goodbye to America.

Another reason why I disagree with what he's doing is because he keeps dicking around with North Korea. They have nuclear bombs. If he pisses them off or bombs them, they can easily take us out in three bombs & there will be NO MORE United States. Not only that, but he's killing innocent people everytime he does something. And it's not just other people he's killing, it's his own people. He sends them to war when there shouldn't even be one. So not only are they being sent to war, but they're being sent to their deathbed too.

Just know that your president has NO idea what the hell he's doing with the country & he needs to leave the Middle East be & get to the problems on his own soil. He's too busy trying to solve everyone elses problems that the country we live in is falling apart. I'm not exactly sure what's happening in Darfur because I rarely ever watch the news, and when I do it's because I'm bored. So, Darfur, you would need to Google.

But he's hated for the decisions he's making & the things that he's doing. He has no idea how to run a country, but that's simply my opinion. If you need to know more about the War in Iraq or Darfur, you can always Google it or watch the news.

If people are tell you things different from what he is, and you don't know what to believe, then your best bet would be to stay out of the situation.

im 13 and im going to see a movie with my girl friends. im not sure which one would be the best for us.. but we are thinking of going to see either evan almighty, harry potter, sicko, or transformers. what do you think we'd find the most entertaining? thanks :)

Out of those, I would probably see Evan Almighty. I'm not into Harry Potter. I've never heard of Sicko, and Transformers looks dumb to me.

However, I heard Transformers was action from beginning to end. Although I'm not one for action movies, it could be good.

If you don't wanna see Transformers, try seeing 1408 or License To Wed. If that's rated R [the second suggestion], see which movie you like.

If you know the site for the movie theatre you're going to, read the review for the movie & base your decision that way. Or ask your friends what they wanna see & have majority win [since it usually does]. Have fun at the movies!

I think you're REALLY pretty, but honestly hun, you can't make someone like you.

If he doesn't like you, then that's his loss & there's lots of other guys out there. Don't down yourself over it. A guy honestly isn't worth your tears.

my dad abuses me. mentally and emotionally, sometimes even beats me. i have asked this question before. i have gone to all the hotlines on the internet, but i am scared to tell anyone.
if it helps, my dad was beat and touched by his parents. it has been going on for....4 years maybe. well hes done it all my life, but not this bad. he makes fun of me all the time, so does my stepmom. i live with my dad, but im going to try to go to court to live with my mom. please help me.

I'm incredibly sorry about your position, and I wish you the best of luck if you happen to go to court.

However, for now, you need to stay somewhere else. Try staying with a friend & switch it up a bit until it's alright for you to go home. If it'll never be alright for you to go home, call social services & have them take you out of your home & have them place you with your mother. Then go to court & have the judge grant her full custody of you.

You don't need to take this bullshit from your father or his wife, so call the cops, call social services & stay with a friend for a bit until you can move in with your mother.

my boyfriend live's with me. i'm 16 and he is 18. yes, i know he shouldn't be living with me, it's a long story. we met when i was 14 and he was 16, a couple months after he moved in and my parents didn't have no problem, now me and him argue alot, and my mom always just happens to hear everything we say. my walls arent sound proof so she can hear what we say. i know me and my boyfriend shouldn't argue but she ALWAYS runs to my dad and i get yelled at. i'm writing this, this morning because me and my boyfriend were arguing [ not loud ]. and my mom went over across the street and told my dad, then he came over and started yelling at me. which left me crying while my dad and my boyfriend left for work. i screamed down the hall " i hate you " to my mom and she is now downstairs and i sseriously hope she stays down there.

i have 2 choices, either to break up with a boy i have a 2 yr relationship with, or keep getting hurt by all the people in my house. my mom doesn't like him because he's mean to me physically and emotionally. Q? is what would you do if you were in my place?

The answer to your question is obvious, & you know what it is, but I'm guessing you need a second opinion, so here it is.

You said your boyfriend hurts you physically & emotionally. Is he kicking your ass? Hitting you? Calling you names? Putting false thoughts into your head? Acusing you of stupid things? If so, why stay with him? I don't care if you've been together for two years. You don't deserve that; nobody does. That should be a sign to end it. I sure as hell wouldn't stay with someone who put me down about my looks or kicked my ass.

I'm not sure why you're upset with your mom though. I understand she called your dad & he came to yell at you, but she was trying to help. Instead of downing her efforts to help out, try to appreciate them. And talk to your dad when you calm down. Ask him why it's you he yells at when you & your boyfriend argue. Does your boyfriend start most of the fights? If so, let your father know so he can stop making false acusations & putting you down.

I seriously think/feel that if you break up with your boyfriend, things with your parents will only get better. Your mom won't butt into your personal life, and your father will yell at you less. And not only that, but you'll stop getting your self-esteem stomped on & you'll stop getting beat up by your boyfriend who "loves" you. Find someone who really loves you, because he doesn't. He's the source of your problems, so eliminate him.

A teen hotline is a number that you call when you're having a problem. The problems are various, so whatever problem you have whether it be an eating disorder, school, family, friends or whatever else, they can help.

I've never called one personally, but I'm sure they work. If they didn't, they wouldn't exist. For anymore information you need, google it. =)

I just know that it requires you to have picture messaging & text messaging. If you don't have either, then the site won't work for you. Most of the ringtones there are free, and if you're a Verizon user, make sure you varify that because they have a special policy for Verizon customers.

Also, if they don't have the song, & you have it on your computer, you can upload it & have it sent to your cell phone. I hope you like the site. =)
