I have a bad habbit of slouching at my desk at work. I go home and my neck and back are killing me.

if you get a stool and sit on the edge of it, and pretend your head is attatched by some big metal bar to the ceiling, and that your head will be ripped off if you slouch, that will help you. or carry some heavy book on your head in your house to practice, so if it falls cuz you slouch, the heavy book will fall on you, and it will hurt

Depends on the person I think. Doing squats made jessica simpsons butt bigger but my bff's butt smaller. I think in most cases it would work though.

I just got my nails done and whne i got home i kinda relized the 2 of them are like way longer then the others and it looks weird they are acrylic by the way. So my questi0on is is therre anyway i can fix it myself without it looking stupid or should i just live with it.

i would cut them and file them to look somewhat normal, or you could take them off urself and buy fake ones and do them urself, and those are always the rite size, or you can live with it untill they get filled. Tell people its the style to have two of ur nails uneven and that they did it on purpose until then. Call the salon people and ask how you can fix it at home if my strategies dont work

So i have pin straight hair, like you can not curl it at all no matter how long you leave the iron in for or sleep in curls, it does not work. I was thinking about a perm, but how long do they last? Do they damage your hair? Can you still straighten it? Is it hard to straighten? Are there different types of perms? Yea perms damage your hair, so make sure your hair is very healthy before getting one. They last a very long time, but they don't look good after you wash your hair, but its still there, and you might have to cut your hair to get rid of one, depending on how thick or thin your hair is. You can still straighten it-it will damage your hair more, and depending on what kind of perm you get, it may be harder or easier. There is a perm which makes coarse hair thin and straight, and there is a perm that makes hair curly,but that one will probably damage more on your hair. There are probably more but those two are most popular. Don't change what you do to your hair chemical wise unless you ask your hairdresser, and don't do it at home, because your hair might start to break or fall out.

When your in love, your pupils dialate whenever you think or see them. Doubt you can look at your eyes much tho to no...A much easier way is to just follow your heart instead of your brain. If your mind says your not in love but 2 seconds later you cant stop thinking about them, your in love. You can't spend one day without thinking and smiling about them. You love his/her imperfections nomatter how much you hate them in other people.

nothings wrong with you. Both my brothers havent gotten kissed or had bfs and they're both 18! Somethings wrong with the guys out there not noticing u! My grandma has never been kissed and shes turning 65! Shes been married and never divorced too and she doesnt plan on kissing anyone her whole life! dont sweat it!
they never cared about kissing each other! Where they come from its never the custom to kiss people! When she saw my mom kissing my dad she was completely shocked! Grandpa died and when she noticed ppl in america kissed-especially young people she was in awe-she got married in England and they kiss there, and she was surprised during her wedding she never had to kiss!

Don't worry i respect my elders. Thank you so much! I learned my morals from my parents of course, and my grandmother.I learned from the Bible too. Since last year i started reading the Bible page by page and I learned alot-my family is very religious, so they tell me alot of things and I learned, from them, to always find out if what they say is true, or to keep me from having a life like people around me. My school is completely anti-drug, and my dad is a doctor so i've always know drugs aren't good-they literally take minutes from your life and i want the longest life possible. I used to think about dying a lot so i dont want to do things that will effect that. Everything about sex I learned from my grandma. Before that, I used to masturbate. When I read the Bible i found out it was wrong, and I found out it has bad effects, despite what health teachers tell us. I stopped completely, and I hope to never find out things like that again, so I refrain from things I might regret. I practice everything I preach now and thats why I started my advice column. It feels great to know my effort isn't being unreconized seeing that I'm not even out of middle school yet. Thank you som much, and God bless you.

I think you've done enough. Once you see what he got you, if his gift is inferior to yours dont do the cd. If his is way better than yours, maybe on an anniversary mark get him the cd and something nice.

If you arent dating Ryan your not cheating on him.Do nothing except go out with Adam. If Ryan has a gf but still likes you, thats his problem he should have tried to get you back. Well what I would do is tell him on the last day in that school, and if he likes me back,lifelong happiness. If he doesnt, i can forget about him in a snap. What YOU are gonna do, is like someone else. You will find someone else and you will forget about him happily nomatter what you say now, but when things don't work out this guy will forever be in your heart. You wont forget about him ever.

all are sins. smoking pot is just plain bad. masturbation is self defilation, lust, and many other related sins.drinking alchohol EVER in the Bible is a sin because it chases away the Holy Spirit. any sex out of marraige is a sin, but if your married i gues its okay, but discarge is an unclean thing in the Bible along with many other things, so its like touching an unclean thing, and you have to wash everything in your house and take a shower pray and you will be clean again at night, Expicit material watching is a sin, because its also lust and mental rape.

i've had a best friends named jill since i was four (13 now)and she is now 15 (2 years apart) and since i was 11 shes been changing! shes a diff. now and she acts diff.(she makes me wanna roll my eyes,which i never do!,only when im really upset) on the computer.but when im with her shes the same as shes always been and hasnt changed at all!when im with her and her friends she acts diff from both of the two! ugh i just hate how she got into saying "do these match?" and "im LIKE still here" she was never like that :(.i still wanna be her friend but how can i deal with the change? Sometimes you have to remember why you became friends with her in the first place to cope with your changing friend.She's older than you,and I guess its a time of her life where shes changing trying to find her self, or maybe shes going through something deeper you dont know about, but what I know for sure, everyone acts differently around their friends, and her being older than you adds to that. Like an older sister for example, she can be mean, but she really cares about you and will be there for u nomatter what, even though afterwaard she might say something to insult you or act like a snob. If you became friends with her for a good reason remember that. If not, take a break from her for a while or talk to her about her attitude.

because they're depressed!
They don't think anyone cares. they think its their fault for letting them become sad and not doing anything about it themselves without them asking, so they think they should take the hint and help them without him/her having to tell them somethings wrong. Sometimes they might think that if the world let them get depressed, the world isnt that good and that they are way better than the ppl that should be helping them.

if hes younger than you, I would just ask him out and wouldnt take it to offence if he said no, because its an honor to go to a dance with an older person. If hes younger than you but is just in a lower grade I would flirt with him, and kinda hang around my lil bro a bit more to get to no the guy

The pitch ladder. If you practice this, then learn to skip around you will be able to sight read better, but I sing so you might be talking about and instrument idk. The pitch ladder in solfegee is Do Mi Sol Do (high do)Sol Mi Do Sol Do (both low do's) you can practice ray, fa and ti but i doubt that would help as much

I haven't eaten a real meal in 4 days. [small snacking occasionaly] I just haven't been hungry, I've been so busy with friends I really haven't even thought about food much. And to be honest I like not eating, I've thought about being anorexic for a week or two to lose a few pounds cause nothing ever happenes when I diet or exercise.

I think the same thing all the time, but it never lasts, cuz everything you eat after will make youu gain SOO MUCH WEIGHT.100% guarenteed, because your body feels it won't eat again, so it holds on to every calorie untill the body needs it. I would suggest eating regularly. It's not anerexia, its just unusuall.
