My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

Lol, I answered this one already.

My boyfriend just called me after he got back from hunting (we also talked at 5 AM this morning) and something was wrong so I asked him what it was and he said he had just had to shoot his dog. Because his dad ran over him with the truck (accidentally) and he had a broken back. You can tell my boyfriend is really upset, and I wanna say something to make him feel better if he's still appears upset about it later. He told me about it when he called then said he was going to go to bed (tired from hunting all morning.)

Any advice? I WILL RATE!

Aw, I understand that you want to be there for him and help him, but at times like these all you have to do to help is to be there for him. There isn't much you can do to cheer him up because he just lost his dog and it's a natrual thing to be upset. All he should count on is you being there for him and if he ever needs to talk he knows that you're there. It might take him a while to get over the lost of his dog, but he'll be okay.

There isn't much you can do to make a guy like you. You need to be yourself and just talk to him. I think it's wrong that you want him to like you expecilly because he is going out with one of your best friends. Can you imagine how she would feel if she found out you want him from her? For now you should stay away from him. I mean just the whole dating situation. Be friends with him, get to know him, talk to him as much as you can. He will start to get a sence from your personality and he might start to like you. Just remember that friends come before boyfriends so make sure you don't ruin your friendship with her.

You're supposed to do it at the same time. When you make out you don't really have to use tongue but if you want to it's fine.

last night I was at the movies with my boyfriend and we were making out. Then after that I noticed that he had his arm diagnal across *down there*...does that mean he had a boner and was trying to hide it?? lol thanks for the advice!!

I have a huuuuge biology test on monday, and im so nervous. It's just so confusing. Im studying so hard but i just know im gunna fail. I have a C- average, so i HAVE to do well. You just need to relax and stop thinking about failing. Keep telling yourself that you will pass this test and that you will do well. Try the best you can. Make sure you go somewhere where its not very noisy and just study. All you should think about is that you are going to do the best you can and that you will not faily. If you have no confidence in yourself, the chances of you not getting a great grade are very low. Just have confidence in yourself and you'll do great on your test!! Make yourself index cards, write down important facts. Anything that will help you.

I'm going out with this guy that my friends just absolutely hate! One of my friends even threatened to stab him in the neck with her pocket knife during church! I don't want to break up with the guy because he's absolutely perfect to me. What should I do?

You need to talk to her and tell her that if she is your true friend she would let you make your own decisions. You really like this guy, and she shouldn't be getting in the way because she hates him. She also needs to leave her rude attitude somewhere else and not threaten him because that's really mean. Just talk to her and tell her that you really like him and that she shouldn't be saying those things because you really like him. She should keep her comments to herself. If you talk to her nicely, she will understand.

Okay, so I guess you could say I have "Anorexia". It's hard for me to put it that way, but someone else would say so. Anyhow, I go 4-10 days at a time without a single crumb. Bad, I know. I've been battling this about 8 months now. I've only told three people, one of which, is very involved in helping me. He's my knight in shining armor. He doesn't know this is my 5th day without eating, because we haven't been able to talk this past week. Question is: should I tell him? In a way, I don't want to get better. I don't want help. But I hate lying, and I couldn't bear lying to him about what I did/did not eat. Also, I don't want to upset him again, as he thought I was over this when I really wasn't. First of all, I'm just wondering why you don't want to get better? There are some serious consiquences on what could happen to you! I hope you know waht you're getting yourself into. This isn't healthy at all and if you want to loose weight, not eating is defenetly not the right thing to do. You should for sure tell him what's going on. He wants to help you, so why would he be upset. I understand if he is though, but that would only be because he cares about you and he doesn't want anything horrible to happen to you. Lying is bad, and if he is your knight shining armor, then he deserves to know the truth. If he found out by himself, I think he would be disapointed. Other than that, I think you need to tell your parents about this. What you are doing is very serious and very bad for you. Do something before it's too late.

There is this boy I have been going with for two months and his mom found a new house and is moving. When they move he will be tranferring to a new school. They keep setting these dates of when it's going to happen. Every time that date comes they don't move. When I found out he was moving I cried for two whole days. I really love him and don't want him to leave. Then he asked me if he actually does leave will we still be together. I really need some advice on if I should stay with him.

If you guys loved each other, you would do whatever it takes to keep your relationship good. Try and see if it will be a problem. You guys could try and work this out. Just because he will be going to a new school doesn't mean you guys won't see each other and be able to talk and hang out. He will always like you no matter where he lives, and that's probablly how you feel about him too.

If you really like the person, then age shouldn't matter. I mean dating someone about 10-15 years older than you would be weird, but that's a whole different story. 5 years doesn't really matter though.

I can't tell you how to find out if he likes you. You'd eather get the feeling he does or he doesn't. To me it seems like he just wants you for "hooking up" but you never know. The only way you can find out is if you actaully talk to him and ask him what's up.

My guy friend and I have been friends since frosh year. We talk a lot on AIM and in person.
Recently, we've been chatting more and sometimes I get vibes that maybe he likes me more than a close friend.
Our first home football game was a few weeks ago and I got him to come to it cause another friend of ours was moving that weekend to Maryland. He came after his play practice and we hung out after the halftime show(yeah marching band!).We walked towards our homes together. Across the street from his house, we chatted for a few and then hugged. I think he might have kissed me on my forehead. When I hugged him, everything felt right in the world. Then I told him I'd wait for him to cross(cause its a main road and it was 10 at night). He said "So you'd know if I die, right?" and I said "Yeah, but I don't want you to die cause I love you." He smiled and crossed then we met up on AIM when we got home.
On days that I have my private flute lesson, sometimes I see him and he comes over and sits by me. We usually chat about random things.
We usually say hey to each other in school. Online lately we have been chatting a little bit more on the sexual side. We had a conversation about balls. He says he trusts me a lot and that I'm his close friend(he doesnt believe in best friends). We have pretty much the same personality and music tastes.
The other day, we walked to the music wing together(I have band the same period he has choir). We were chatting and we were both late by 2 minutes to class.
Usually he doesn't say anything to me when he can't chat, but now all of a sudden he says "can't talk now, going to eat dinner/do a project. sorry!"
He's also started holding the door for me and making me smile more.

Wow, I really do think he likes you. It's eater that, or he just loves you because you're one of his closest friends. Those are signs of being friendly and caring for someone. The only way you could ever know if he likes you more than a friend is if you ask him. I know you don't want to and you might feel a little uncomftrable, but when you guys are on the subject just ask him. You guys are close enough to talk about anything.

Alright here is the story. I broke up with my boyfriend about 3 days ago because it didn`t feel right and I kinda wanted to explore with other guys. The problem is I still like my now ex alot and I dont want him to get with another girl! I Don`t know if I should go back out with him or just explore or what to do at all! Any ideas?

Why loose someone you really like, just to see what else is out there? I mean if he does get with another girl you might regret it and you will be sad. If you want to go out with other guys then go for it. I think you should go back out with your boyfriend since you really like him. Whatever choice you make, make sure it's what you want to do.

3 months isn't a really long time, so you don't have to get him anything that expensive. What kind of sports does he like? Get him anything that has to do with that certain sport. I'm sure you'll find plenty. CD's or DVD's. Another good thing to get him would be cologne. Find out what his favorite is. Along with that, you could get him a shirt from his favorite store.

Shaving your vagina is completly up to you. You can if you want to or you can trim. Most girls do shave. If you perfer it clean, then you should. It's up to you though. ;)

i wanna earn some money.. problem is, im only 13 is there ANYTHING i can do to get some money?

At the age of 13, there isn't much you can do. You can do little things to earn some money. For instance, ask you parents to give you an allaunce. You could earn your money by doing chores around the house. Babysitting, helping neighbors. You can't get a real job, so if you want money try doing those things first. At least you will be earning some.
