I wouldn't classify it as 'bad', exactly. It's great for a little while. However, if you do it too often and never follow through with those actions, guys will start to become frustrated and annoyed (which isn't a good thing)..

I dont think it is too bad once in a while but a constant is bad and very frustrating.
