First off, dont say that you are gona fail because then you are go in with a postive attitude and say im gona pass and then you will! If the Bio stuff that you are learning about is hard and confusing for you go in to your teacher and tell her and ask her if she has any cards or has anytime before or after school to help you. If its hard but you are understanding it you need to study where it is quite(room) ect... you dont want to study where there is alot of noise or anything else like that going on or you arnt gona be paying attation to what you need be paying attation to! If you have any old brothers or sisters ask them if they no anything about what you are studing and if they have any tips for you about taking the test or something like that! I no that taking tests arnt fun but hey they are a good source to bring your grade up if you do good~! Believe in youself and you will do great!
~~Good Luck~~
Hope I helped

to helpyou calm down just lie down for a while and listen to relaxing music like jazz or classical. also, if im really stressed watching a funny tv show/movie helps me.
when your calm, start studying again. a lot of people use the im hungry excuse to distract them, so keep some nutritious food close so you don't go getting up and looking around for food. tell everyone else in the house your studying so they leave you alone.
hey im really sorry about your grandma hope i helped you good luck on your test! ♥

For important info and formulas and all that, try learning the stuff by singing it. Let's take 'Holiday' by Green Day, k? And let's say the test is on ... uhm... *sucked at bio* the digestive path. So, you'll go like *while headbanging* "Mouth, e-so-phagus, large intes-tine, small intestine....la la la". That doesn't really make sense, but try it. Simple tunes like Twinkle Twinkle are easier.

Ivy921 answered Saturday November 12 2005, 7:18 pm: I'm so sorry to hear all of the stress going on in your life. that is not easy. What always worked for me to study was to write the chapter in your own words. It will help you make sense of the material and will also ensure that you aren't just glazing over when you are reading.

MissJessicaPaige answered Saturday November 12 2005, 7:07 pm: My science teacher said when he was in collage, the one class that he always had a hard time on, he made a little cheat sheet on a little idex card and put everything that was on the test that was gonna be on there on the little idex card, but when he took his test, he already knew everything cuz he was writing on the idex card so he knew it.
and/or you can just chill,...you do way worse when you're nervous. so just hang out, so you dont concentrate on your grandma and biologoy. just hang out with your friends and sleep,..sleep is good! and always have enough energy to get through your test!!!
Teza answered Saturday November 12 2005, 7:00 pm: You just need to relax and stop thinking about failing. Keep telling yourself that you will pass this test and that you will do well. Try the best you can. Make sure you go somewhere where its not very noisy and just study. All you should think about is that you are going to do the best you can and that you will not faily. If you have no confidence in yourself, the chances of you not getting a great grade are very low. Just have confidence in yourself and you'll do great on your test!! Make yourself index cards, write down important facts. Anything that will help you.
