Ok, i weigh like, 50-52 kgs.
& It's not all muscle.
I have a larger bum & bigger things then i actually want.
I've tried regular regurgitation (throwing up)
but that wasn't a smart idea. i got dizzy and really unfocused in class.
So, I've turned to exercise.
My question is:
What exercises are good, for your 'ass & thighs'
ALSO!!!
I like my boobs the size they are.
& i really don't want to lose any weight from them! [If possible]

okay well first of all how tall are you?
because 52 kgs isnt overweight at all unless your very very short.
but its good that you want to lose weight.
so whatever you do dont make yourself throw up.even though it might make you lose weight its not healthy or good for you metabulism and can give you weight problems in the future.
so eat healthy.like eat more whole wheat.fruits.only eat when your hungry.dont snack on junk food.if you want a snack eat like a salad or fruit. dont eat 1 hour before you go to bed and stay away from sodas..stuff like that can help.
as for exercising.
there are some general exercises like. running.running up stairs.squats.biking.jump rope.

but the best way to lose weight is eating right.

ok i run track and i dont wanna brag but i think that im an extremely fast runner... all i do is pump my arms really fast.. the faster you get your arms going the faster you go.. and even if you think your going the fastest you can go your not just lean forward, move your legs as fast as you can and pump your arms really fast... and if you want to you can take longer strides and also push off with your feet each time you take aa step

She is 4 and she almost always wants to pretend to be a cartoon character, and wants me to be one too. Sometimes, I just am not in the mood to be a cartoon character and talk in a silly voice. I already told her I won't do it in public, and she understands, but she still bugs me to be characters at home. How do I get her to stop this, or at least not expect me to play along with it every time? It's getting old. Does anyone else have kids that do this? (link)

ok well shes 4 and wants to have fun and you should let her. but telling a four year old to stop something is like talkin to a wall.. more than likely they are not gonna stop so maybe you could let her play with some onther kids her age every once and a while. but i thik its wrong trying to get her to stop doing someting that she enjoys... all kids wanna have fun... im 14 and i loooooove to have fun and when i was 4 i did every thing i could to have fun and my mom sometimes told me to stop and i got really upset because i was having fun so unless shes doing something that will get her hurt or into biiig trouble let her do it part of being a parent is entertaining your child and if you get embarassed about that then you neeed to work on that because you shuldnt vcare about what other people think as long as your child is having fun-that what bein a kid is all about

when i got my braces on, it hurt sooooo bad and it lasted for about 2 and a half weeks but i hate icecream, jello, soup and took lots of asprin and tylonal and stuff which helped alot

I have a huuuuge biology test on monday, and im so nervous. It's just so confusing. Im studying so hard but i just know im gunna fail. I have a C- average, so i HAVE to do well. Plus my gramma just died, so thats just another distraction. Im so nervous i feel like im gunna be sick. How can I calm down? What are some good study tips? Pleaseeeee help! (link)

well first of all...ask your teacher for after school tutoring...if not...take the test and if you do bad then ask her if you can retake the test...thats what i always do...hope i helped

I just bought a new shirt from aeropstale and when i got home i was lookin at it and they kept that security plastic thing on and i heard you can only get it off with a special thing! Im sooo mad i wanted to wear it tomorrow! does anyone have a way to get it off without ruining the shirt??? PLEASE HELP! 5'S!! (link)

Ok...There is this guy that i really like. He's a senior and i'm a freshman. We're pretty good friends. He works for my mom and dad at this store that they own. Yesterday i was at work and he came in and we talked for like 20 min. I was at this fair yesterday and i saw him there and i called his name and he mmediatley started smiling at me at asked how i was and stuff like that. I wanna get to hang out with him more but on the off chance that we do go out i don't wanna mess up our friendship. We can talk to eachother about almost anything. I'm not really worried abou the age difference. Please help me i don't know what to do..
