This probably doesn't fall under fitness but I have so much flab under my chin and neck...I have like a double/triple chin and neck! Does anyone know how I can get rid of this?
TimmyTM answered Wednesday December 21 2005, 7:27 pm: There's no such thing as targeting areas for fat loss. Our bodies are simply made to distribute fat in a certain way. Thus, if you have your energy consumption higher than your energy input (exercise/exert more than you're eating), eventually your body will decrease it's fat level.

But there are face excercise that you can do, like moving your chin up an down and oout towards the sky. You can also kind of slap your chin on the bottom, in some weird way it works. Not much of a help I suppose, but good luck. [ Docholliday's advice column | Ask Docholliday A Question ]
