This probably doesn't fall under fitness but I have so much flab under my chin and neck...I have like a double/triple chin and neck! Does anyone know how I can get rid of this? (link)

alright hold on to two dumbells, put your hands by your sides and roll your shoulders, do 3sets of 10 every other day and itshould be gone soon.but remmeber dont lift to much wieght cuz that will make yourneck very very sore

ok well this christmas seems like its going to be terrible... because i'm like gettting older, and all i can think about is who my friends are these days.. so it makes me in a terrible mood the whole time. my older brother who is a senior has a good friend. i am a freshman, and recently me and my brothers friend have gotten very close. we began to like eachothe, and soon wanted to take things further. i told my brother who was ok with it, and my parents. he told a few close friends. we think a good way to break it to others is to go to this school semi formal together. (freshman-senior..is that strange to you?) anyway, we're planning to go. but he is very afraid of reactions, people thinking he is a creep, etc. anyway, do you have any advice? if so, please let me know. i could use as much as possible. thank you very much. okthers this guy i used to go out w/ but i still love him and i don't know why. I mean when we went out he used to always talk about girls and now he says he still likes me and wants to try again later but he also likes this other girl at the same time. well i think you should stick to yer old team because im a BIG time basetball and baseball player and this sitch has happened SO many times but what i alwayz do iz turn the other team down and stick with the old because you know the other team not nearly as well as the old team and you KNOW for a while on the new team you wont get the same amount of respect or playying time so i hope i helped

well first you have to ask yourself ''do i really need him?'' and if u still think you wanna go out with him then do this....
make sure you dont make it obveous by like being mean to his new gf. also flirt with him. but not to much. if u don't think you need him then just look for someone else. because most of the time its his loss.

well if the boy really likes you then he might take it hard nomadder what you say. but probabley
you should say '' i think it would be better if we would just be friends''. then they will learn that thats all you want. they may still like you but in time they will get over it.

Just about a year ago I lost a friend, a really close friend. And well...yes, I was to blame for this. She did something which I totally disagreed with her on, and well, I was so angry, and the matter was so serious, that we just stopped talking. A few weeks ago, I saw her in at school in the hallway, and I got this huge feeling of regret about everything. I realized that I miss her a lot, and that becoming friends with her again would be a big improvement to my life, which btw is quite frankly suffering at the moment. After I realized this though, it didn't make much sense. I don't know her anymore, at all. She could be a totally different person, and the fact that she could and most likely is still mad at me. I don't know how to deal with this. (link)
