ok this may sound really stupid but whenever it's that time of the month i get SOO depressed .. i have no clue why either. and sometimes it just gets to the point to where i feel like just comitting suicide. i stay up night after night thinking of a lot of things and i barely get any sleep. i just really need some help on what to do because i don't want to go through with this the rest of my life and being really depressed every month. pllz if you have any advice HELP ME!

I know it's a little early to be asking about fall clothing, but I always have the trouble every school year of getting a ton of shirts and pants that just don't go together and therefore never having anything to wear! I'd like some outfit ideas...like ideas for whole outfits with accessories and everything..i like lots of styles (urban, punkish, preppyish) try to give as many as u can cuz i rate well

get a lot of basic things...ripped jeans, a few trendy tops, basic skirts, you get the idea. then get some accesories so everything matches and then you can add matching accesories to make your basics look trendy. hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else!

Ok, well I give out alot advice my self, but I am unable to think of anything. My story is this: My friend is real big in acting. She does charity plays for small children. She is now pressuring me into going to a summer acting class but I can't go. I have to be free to watch my younger siblings. I want to go, but i also have my responsibility. I've talked to my mom and she says its completely up to me, but I don't know which to choose. If I decide to say no to the class how should I tell her with out hurting her feelings?

well if your mom says its up to you, why not give it a shot? it could be a lot of fun and you get a break from babysitting. if you decide to not go, then just tell her you have to watch the sibs. she should understand.

I was a competative cheerleader for 5 years, but I was forced to quit in January 'cus my coach dropped me in tumbling and I broke my knee. Well, I just made my middle school squad and our camp is at the gym I used to cheer at and the coach that dropped me is coaching my squad the routine. heptune's approach is a very good one! wow i cant beat that! just go into it like nothing happened and nothing will happen. if he does start to single you out, then talk to him privately. if nothing happens then good for you! if its minimal critism then learn from it and dont take it to heart. the camp is to improve skills so it will involve some of that.

I think that my sister likes my bf, if it helps- I'm 15/f, she's 16/f and he's 18/m. I know that he isn't interested in her because he tells me that he only has eyes for me. But, it seems that whenever him and I are going to go out and do something, she HAS to tag along. Movies, putt-putting, and she never has anyone go with us. So, she's like a third wheel! ok, well my friend got raped by her dad and is abused. I dont know if he does it alot, or if he did it just once, but still, my friend is in deep shit if she dosent tell anyone. Fortunatly she told me cause we're really close, but she didnt tell the social worker *she was adopted* cause she said she dosent want her world to turn upside down and change. i think you should tell some kind of couselor so they can talk to her..your parents (not saying they are bad or anything) are also average humans and they could take matters into their own hands and make matters worse...it happens. no matter how much it happens, it just shouldnt. the benefits of telling a counselor are: they cant tell anyone, they can actually do something about it, if it was your parents your friend would be a bit embarrassed around them (i would be!) hope this helps!

maintaining it isnt exactly a diet but thats just me. i guess you could cut out 1 unnessecary fatening thing like pop or frenchfries. that basically all you need. or just excersize some to keep you fit.
