lil_froggy9 answered Saturday July 9 2005, 5:36 pm: Just keep yourself in shape...like jogging and staying active should help you a lot...especially if you are already skinny...You really dont even need to diet if you just want to maintain your shape...

-- drink a lot of water to speed up your metabolism
-- go on long distance walks to maintain your small thighs and stomach
-- although it may seem weird, DON'T do too many crunches, or your small stomach may push out because of the ab muscle. (this happened to me because of track ab workouts)
-- eat many small meals throughout the day instead of three large ones

You are better off working out to maintain your weight - dancing, playing a sport, walking, jogging, whatever floats your boat =] will all work on maintaining your weight, and even toning it a little bit if you`d like. TheHeadHonchoPoncho57 answered Saturday June 18 2005, 7:46 pm: If you're skinny, consider it a blessing!!!
You don't need to go on a diet.
Just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
Cut down of foods with trans fat and
saturated fat.
Eat SmartBalance butter instead of
margarine and butter. It's healthy and
recommended by doctors.
Don't eat fast food!!!!
Don't eat a lot of fried foods
If you like French Fries, chop the
potatoes, brush them with olive oil,
and bake.
Use semolina flour in your cakes (whole
wheat flour is kind of prudish)
Exercise. If you hate exercise, try
dancing ballet/jazz/tap/hiphop! Or
cheerleading if you're really preppy.
It's a lot of fun!!!
Eat pretzels instead of potato chips
Vegetarian chili over rice is REALLY
good (and healthy)
Pasta has less carbohydrates
Eat popcorn instead of corn chips
Eat rice puffs istead of Cheetos
Eat poultry instead of red meat (beef)
Avocados are very fattening
If you're a vegetarian, eat steamed soy
beans instead of meat. It sounds nerdy
and prudish, but it's actually really
good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fresh or frozen peas taste a lot better
than canned.
_eMiLy answered Saturday June 18 2005, 7:06 pm: You don't need to diet to maintain it.
Work out for 30 minutes every other day and eat less junkfood and if possible do cardio (dancing, swimming, running, walking, rope jumping, etc)
You can maintain it just my excersizing regulary and not being a couch potato :)

LoveNJstyle answered Saturday June 18 2005, 6:58 pm: maintaining it isnt exactly a diet but thats just me. i guess you could cut out 1 unnessecary fatening thing like pop or frenchfries. that basically all you need. or just excersize some to keep you fit. <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]
XSugarPieX77 answered Saturday June 18 2005, 5:13 pm: NO NO NO. Going on a diet is not the way to stay skinny. To stay skinny you just need to keep on eating healthy. Going on a diet will make you skinnier. Start exercising at least 40-60 minutes a day. You just have to keep in shape and you'll maintain your weight.Good Luck. Hope i helped.

MHScutie87 answered Saturday June 18 2005, 5:09 pm: by consuming a reasonable amount of food and excerising for about 20 minutes 2 or 3 times a week
*calorie input should= calorie output to maintain a healthy weight =D
