Cut down on your carb intake and exercise exercise exercise. Run at least 30 minutes a day and at least 5 days a week. Stretching is very good for your body so I suggest you do that as well. Eliminate all candies and chocolates from your diet. I suggest taking a vitamin each day. Centrum weight smart is a good one to take and isn't harmful to your body. Also do some sit-ups and crunches. Diet green tea is very good for your body because it makes you have to urinate more than usual and by doing this you will lose more weight including some water weight you may have.
