Tell this girl how your feeling. You should never hold back, because you never know, she might like you too and you'd be missing out on something special. Maybe get her phone number or screen name, start talking to her and such. When you see her around school or out on the town, don't be shy to go up to her and say hi. Make loads of eye contract and flirt a lot. Do sweet things for her. Tell her how nice she looks today or how you love her eyes, etc. Drop hints that you like her, or just come out and say it. Once you feel comfortable with her, ask her to the movies and see where it goes from there.

Prom is coming up next month. I decided a few months ago that I wouldn't go because I am at a new school and don't have any 'real' friends here (like I did at my old school), but now I am starting to think that it might be fun. I love to dress up and dance. No one has asked me though, but I know I can go alone (which would suck though). Do you think I can crash someone else's table? Should I go?

Just ask a guy that doesn't have a date. Ask if he'd like to go to the prom as friends. You don't always have to go with someone, so don't think you should. You could always meet your friends there, hangout and have a fun time. I don't think "crashing" and someone else's table would go down well though. But hint to your friends that you'll be going to the prom. They'll probably ask you to tag along with them!

It's really want you want to do. If you don't feel comfortable with hanging out with these people, don't go. I'm sure you have other friends that you can do something with. But you shouldn't be doing something you really don't want to do. So if you don't want to hangout with them, say you have other plans.

I've liked this guy for like, seriously, a REALLY long time, I mean we've been friends for longer than I can remember. A couple years ago my cousin was visiting from another state and I was takin her to hang out w. me and a few of my friends (including the guy i like). Now let me get this straight, I told her how much I liked him and how much he meant to me. Well, they meet each other and they decide that hey they like each other, so they start to go out (yea long distance n everything) and i'm like seriously, devastated, you don't understand how much i care for this guy. Well, me and my boy still talk alot, and he says that in a few years (i'm 14, he's 15) he thinks that we should get together again, but he doesnt want to right now, and i understand that. My cousins coming into town this weekend. I have plans to see a movie w. my guy and a bunch of my other firends and my mom told me i have to take my cousin, n i'm soo afraid that she and him will start likin each other again. what do i do.!??!

You cousin shouldn't be mad at you at all. She did the samething to you as you did to her. Friends aren't suppose to get with the person you like, that's just wrong. Especially when you told her you liked this guy. You really need to talk to your cousin about this and tell her everything. Explain to her that you hate when she takes the guys you like. Since your going to the movies with her and a bunch of other friends. I think you should set her up with a guy to go to the movies with. This way, she'll be with him and won't be able to be with the guy you like.

There's no real way to stop rumors, they will always be going around. Every school has it's rumors. You just have to be strong, stand tall and ingore them all. Even if they are true or not, ingore them. It'll show people your stronger then some rumor and you're not going to let that break you down.

k, i recently had sex with my ex bf.. and it was for 2 mins and nothing happened. i haven't gotten my period yet - it was suppsoed to come on tuesday, but i haven't gotten it yet. although, i have been very stressed lately (breakup with my boyfriend, dad lost a job, friend almost commited suicide, etc) and i am also very underweight for being my height. could those be reasons for missing my period or could i be pg? please write back!

Just calm down a bit. There's always a possibly that you could be pregnant; 50/50 chance. But a lot of girls have periods that come and go on different days. The days never stay the same and you could be one of them girls. Your period could not be coming because you're very stressed. That's also a possibly. If a week later you still don't get your period, I'd suggest you go buy a test. That way you'll know for sure, if you are pregnant or not. But for not, just try to calm down a bit. It could always be a false alarm and a lot of girls get them.

Okay, the girl I'm going out with and I are sitting watching TV. We've only been dating for a few days, but I've been her friend since before elementary school. Try talking to her frist. Explain to her in a nice way that you guys don't "connect" on a friendship level. Your both just too different and you don't feel like you have anything in common. It really does look like he's a little insecrue about himself. I'd suggest you talk to him about this. Ask him why he act's differently around your friends and pretends he doesn't know you, when he does. Nothing is going to solve this without talking about this. If you really want to know why he's acting like this, just ask him, face to face.

To get a guy to notice you, number one thing is to be yourself. You don't want him falling for someone your not. Make loads of contract, this will show him that you are interesting in him. Give him some smiles, this will show him that your a very welcoming person and he'll probably come over and start talking to you. As for the questions, ask loads of them. Talking is a great way to get to know eachother, so do a lot of it. Keep the questions simple, but not to boring. Ask him where he grew up, what he likes to do for fun, if he's into any kind of sports, etc.

Okay so I'm a 14 year old girl. I have 4 best friends...ish. It's really more like 3. One of my friends, is a complete snob! She thinks shes better than everybody else, and shes completely obsessed with shopping. Ok sorry if this is long, but you need to know everything......... there is this guy at my church named Adam and he and i have fallen in love. The funny thing is, back when we were in middle school/ high school, i first met his parents and they loved me. Sounds good right? You're going to have to talk about this to your father. Did he just meet the guy, judge him, then say he didn't like him? If so, this isn't fair to the guy your in love with. You should tell your father all the nice things about this guy and why you love him so much. Tell him how he treats you and how he is when your around. Maybe once you tell him all the nice things this guy does for you, he'll like him more. Have this guy around the house more and get your father and him to hangout. That way, it'll show your father what he's really like. And even though you told us not to say the "If your turely in love, your father shouldn't care" statement, it's true. He should accept whoever you love, because you can't help who you fall in love with, it just happens and he should be happy for you.

I don't think it's too young at all. Especially when both of you have talked about it, are completely prepared and will use protection, nothing is wrong with it. You guys been together for four years and it shows you love one another. This will only bring you and him closer and your relationship will be stronger.
