Well, sit her down and tell her how you feel except maybe nicer..If you can't do that then make up an excuse on why she can't come over anymore..

Try talking to her frist. Explain to her in a nice way that you guys don't "connect" on a friendship level. Your both just too different and you don't feel like you have anything in common. If that doesn't work and she's still bugging you, you'll have to get cockey with her. Just tell her straight up that you don't want to be friends with her, because she annoys the crap out of you. Either way, she'll get the hint and will leave you alone.
