I'm not a sloppy eater- it's just I drop stuff a lot. I have this dinner at our country club and it's very formal. I'm wearing this pretty dress along with all the other girls going and the guys wear suits and stuff. So, is there any way that I can try to eat neatly so I won't get junk all over my dress or embaress myself? (link)

put a napkin on your lap, that way it looks like you have good manners and your dress won't get ruined. The best way to avoid dropping stuff on yourself is to not put too much on your fork or spoon at one time. That way if it does spill, minimal damage is done.

The best place to look for them is garage sales- generally they are cheaper (and if not you can haggle the price) so if they are junk you can toss them out without much loss. Plus you can talk to the owner directly, and hopefully find out if it does work.

Judging from the way you type I don't blame your mom. You seem a little too young to be wearing a thong. And waaaaay too young to be showing your underwear to anyone anyways, so what does it matter? Besides, they aren't that great anyways.
I guess buy it on your own if you really want to. Your mom will realize you aren't joking when she finds them in the wash. Or next time you go underwear shopping, pick thongs out, and explain to your mom that that's what you want, and that you aren't kidding.

well... i seem to be having stomachaches very often. And not just lately, it's been almost forever and i'm getting kind of tired of it. it's always after i eat, every time... and it doesn't matter what i eat. typically greasy foods and fattening foods. i feel like i'm going to throw up, and sometimes i do. I don't know what it is! I have a healthy diet and am happy with my wieght. i dont know what is wrong or what's causing it. anyone with any advice, PLEASE help! i rate 5's. (link)

If it's only your stomach that is bothering you, it is probably most likely due to stress. My stomach goes nuts on me whenever I'm worried about something consciously or subconsciously. It could be anything that's bothering you school, friends, whatever.
Your best bet is to go to the doctor's though. When you do go, try and remeber if you have any other symptoms other than stomach aches. Even if it is just worries, it's good to have a professional opinion.

I say get it on the right side. I can't imagine it hurting anymore than getting your ears pierced, as essentially it's the same thing- the earring goes straight through the skin with no chance of the piercing migrating. Get a plain silver ball type stud to start out with, or just a plain white cubic zirconia, although pink is cute.

hey okay today in the shower i used like tons of conditioner and now my hair is dried and it feels rrreealllyy greasy and like looks it too but i just got out of the shower and it smells like i just washed it to and my hair si really frizzy andi straighten the crap out of it.and i wash it only every 4 days do u think that the stiffness and greasy feeling will go away ? it's probably going to only get greasier. Your hair emits natural oils that are going to combine with the conditioner to make your hair look like an oil slick. This will however make the stiffness go away. Try washing your hair more often say every two days, and don't condition your roots.

Hi, as many of you may of seen me post frequently,I am Mark. I have dissociative idenity disorder or multiple personalities. At first I didn't believe it but It became much worse. I just read an article about it and I have 90% of the symptoms. Should I get help? I'm an average 15 year old kid, just like some of you guys are or have been or will be. You remember what it was like to be different from everyone...What should I do, I'm for once stuck in life with not knowing on what to do..please help me.

Self diagnosis is always questionable. My psych prof warned us that before reading about mental illnesses students tend to believe they have them. Also multiple personalities most frequently occur in those who have suffered abuse as a child. Not saying you were or weren't, just keep it in mind.
Try mentioning this to your parents, if you can't talk to them, try a guidance counselor, teacher, friends parent whatever, someone you can talk to to hopefully set you up in counselling. If you are at a total loss do some more research, one article can be particularly biased. There are entire books dedicated to the subject.

I`m more of a sexual type of girl. I haven't had sex or ever gave oral or had oral but i'm sexual in that kind of way. All my friends tell me I should date older guys because the way i am. My current boyfriend who i like alot isn`t perverted like I want him to be. I told him I don't mind him touching me or feeling me up or anything but he only acts like a perve at rare times. I want him to be more sexual. If i gave permission to any other guy even his best friends they would be all over me.. i just really don't get him and i know he wants to be sexual. Like during a movie he puts his hand up my shirt but it's not all the time, he worrys about making out with me more. I`m 13 and hes 12 turning 13 in February. Obviously you aren't ready to do it if you can't accept as normal, and are embarrassed it's something you want to do. we talked about this in our philosphy class and some of theories I found most interesting were maybe God was using it to keep the population down, or it is like the second Noah's Ark.
Let's face it, in either situation, if God had just come down and said "stop being bad" or "NO MORE BABIES" would we have listened? It takes actions for God to get his point across, look at Adam and Eve, God said "don't eat this apple", they ate it anyway so God had to prove his power and banish them. Would Christianity have taken off if Jesus was just the son of God on earth who preached humanity? His gruseome death and resurrection most likely garnered more belief in him than his good will towards fellow man.
I'm going to explain the Noah's ark theory a bit more. In the bible, God made Noah build an ark so he could wipe out the rest of the population. It's now been hypothesised that this flood did occur, but only in the Middle East. It is easy for us to accept that the people killed in that flood were baby eating heathens, because we didn't know them. Personally I think it is safe to assume that some of those killed were actually a-okay people who had to go to. If bad stuff didn't happen to good faith abiding people too, everyone would claim a false sense of belief in God, as not to be killed. Because this event is so close to us, it's hard to step back and belive this, especially since children were killed. I have to return to my original point of show not tell. Besides that Billy Joel song does say "only the good die young" ;) (This is so not the place to be making jokes). Another coincidence between Noah's Ark and the tsunami, most of the animals knew it was coming and fled for the hills. Relatively few animals were killed, just like in the ark because God had Noah take two of each on.
Or this could simply be an issue of God letting us have tonnes of free will. God doesn't stop you from stubbing your toe, even though he can, maybe it is the same thing with the tsunamis.
Personally, I don't really apply any religious theory to why it happened. It just did, but I can understand why anyone would be unwilling to accept that as a reasonable answer.

I enjoy watching tv series on DVD. Ones I have enjoyed are "Soprano's", "Sex & the City", "Star Trek TNG", & "Dawson's Creek". Can anyone recommend a new series for me to watch with a continuing story line; not a comedy like "Sienfeld." (link)

Ok, so I used to want to be an archeologist. But since job shadowing, I'm not sure that that's the job I want, I like the history part and the digs, but not the science. I really want to help people, travel, and deal with history. I enjoy a good debate, and have a strong scense of justice too, but I don't know if being a lawyer would be right for me. my best suggestion would be go see your guidance counselor. If your school is anything like mine he or she will have tonnes of quizzes and tests for you to take that will help you decide what job is best for you.
even easier, if your guidance counselor is weird and long winded like mine was, go to google and type in "Career tests". Mind you they are only a guidance to what possible field you should be in.

I got my top cartilidge pierced in June 2004, and my bottom cartilidge one around August 2004. It says you have to keep the earring in for 3 months and you can change it. I got hoops from Claires and I just put them in about 3 days ago. I've been having ear pains ever since, on and off. Do you think it's just because I have to get used to it? Because when I sleep I tend to roll on them, so that's whats causing the most pain I think. Or do you think they're just damaging my ear? Thanks for any help. (link)

selectopaque gave some pretty good advice. It most likely is the material the earrings are made of, you could be allergic to them.
It could just be the shape of your earrings though. I find I have trouble sleeping with anything but a stud in. You could try sleeping without your earrings in, or if you are worried about your holes closing up, put the original earrings your ears were pierced with in at night, and the hoops in during the day.
