I don't think your mom is having you see a gynocologist just because she had that dream. It's probably because you're around an age where she thinks it is appropriate that you get your vagina checked regularly.
You could ask her if her dream had anything to do with the upcoming appointment, but chances are probably no =)

I think this guy needs to make up his mind! He says he wants to chill and go to the movies with you and talks to you alot, but then he is in love with this other girl?! It's so confusing to me, I say find another guy to hang around with that isn't such a jerk, hun! =)

My dad won't let me date till im 16. Im only 14 right now and I have a boyfriend, and i have guy friends. My boyfriend called me this afternoon, and my dad heard the message he left me. All it said was his name and phone number, but my dad got mad. Then a little later, one of my guy friends called, and dad got even more mad. He said im too young to have guys calling me.
How can I convince my dad that im just friends with these guys? I really want to keep my friends, but he doesnt want me to hang out with guys. What do I do?

Tell your dad that you're fully capable of having a boyfriend. You're responsible and know your limits when it comes to guys.
Your dad may be just uneasy because some guys can be real jerks and just use girls, but ask your dad if you can invite one or two of you guy friends over so he can meet them and know that they're not total losers! =)

You can go to www.itunes.com and there is a monthly fee. I don't think it's too much money, or if you really like songs that you already have on CD's or already on your computer, you could transfer those to your new iPod =)

Everyone says it - be yourself! That's probably one of the easiest ways to get guys to like you FOR YOU! Or, you could just go to a bunch of school functions or to the movies where you know some cute guys are going to be there =) If you're still having trouble, I'll try to think of some more suggestions for you!

Personally, I think a flat iron works a heck of a lot better and is faster too. At first, have someone help you with it because it gets really hot and is dangerous - could burn you!
So, have someone help you with it and then your hair will look absolutely fabulous! =)

A long hot bath, exercise, and chocolate help me! Also, if there is a specific thing that is causing you stress (like relationships or school) then try not to think about it. Or, if it's the relationship one try not to go near that person.

Age really doesn't matter, hun! If he thinks you're attractive, then you're an attractive freshman! But, the only problem with this is that he already has a girlfriend. So just be nice to him - but don't try to take your friendly relationship too far too soon because he's already in a romantic relationship.

Well I have been quite puzzled about this lately....when you're taking the pill, do you have to use a condom to help prevent pregnancy? I don't need it for STD's b/c my bf and I don't have any nor have we been with any other people ever before. So any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

OK here's the deal. I smoke cigarettes .. yes I know all the bad stuff about it already and I know I shouldn't do it, blah blah blah. My best friend doesn't know tho. Shes my best friend in the entire world and I hate keeping this from her. A couple of people who she doesnt like know I smoke. She doesnt even know i talk to them. I hate keeping it from her. I dont want to quit. She thinks smoking is really stupid. How can I tell her about it ? (link)

Your friend may already know that you smoke (the smell, etc.). If not, just tell her that you know it isn't good - but you tried it and got addicted and really don't want to stop smoking. Say you know it's stupid - but once you start you can't stop =/
Tell her that you hated keeping it from her and that you're relieved and happy that you told her (since she IS your best friend and all).

Hi. I'm in the seventh grade and am terrified about what I might get as a result on my reprot card. I never got off the honor role in my life of being in school. I get all A's and 1 B, and other times just all A's. I'm not trying to boast or brag or anything. I got 3 zeros in science, 1 D, and maybe I think 3 A's. My grade's shouldn't be going down like this because I know I can do better than that. The 1st quarter ends on October 20. Is there anyway I can improve my grade to an A by then. I think right now your main priority is to focus on school! =) Make sure that right when you get home from school everyday you go straight to your homework because it's all fresh in your mind. Talk to your science teacher and see if you could so some extra work to hopefully boost your grade =)
Try to read over what you did at school when you get home, and study, study, study for those tests and quizes!

on the first day of school i met this kid and he complimented me on a couple things because we have alot in common. every time we passed eachother in the halls he'd wave, smile, or say hi, and everyone said he def. liked me. well the past week he hasnt been even looking at me so i was getting upset, then i learned from other people that he has a gf who he's been with for a long time. well yesterday at church he sat behind me and he's like "YOU... Tell Ron that Cayla doesn't want to go and that he shouldn't bring Alex so he doesn't feel like the 3rd wheel. Don't fight with Cayla over this. She obviously doesn't feel comfortable double-dating when Alex is her date. Don't make her go if she doesn't want to or pressure her.

I think you're handling this situation fine! This guy seems very sweet.
You should ask him to go out sometime (movies, etc.). Maybe he'll start to get the hint that you want more than a friendship with him. If he doesn't, you should just plain-out ask him if he wants to be your boyfriend =)

ok...well i have this kinda thing for piercings, i have my ears pierced of course, my belly button, my nose...well i took that out and i did have my eyebrow! well i really really want my tongue pierced! my mom wont let me get well 1 because im too young and also my brother had his done and it really messed up his teeth but anywayz i was just wondering if you knew how i should do it or w/e alrighty thanx!! I don't think you should attempt to try to pierce your tongue yourself! I heard that if you don't pierce it in the exact spot - you could damage a bunch of nerves in your tongue! =(
You should wait until you get approval from you mother. If she won't let you - give her reasons to why you think you should get your tongue pierced!
