Mercy_x_Me answered Sunday September 19 2004, 3:55 pm: Naps. Music. Going online. Taking a walk. Taking long hot showers/baths. Hmm theres soo much that can set you free of stress, but you really have to think of what applies to you and what you enjoy. [ Mercy_x_Me's advice column | Ask Mercy_x_Me A Question ]

Listen to music.. have some you time and just relax with your favourite CD, chocolate, candles and no distractions.
Hang out with your friends - go see a movie and get some pizza. It always cheers me up when I'm feeling stressed :) [ endilwen's advice column | Ask endilwen A Question ]

liddylflirtx3 answered Saturday September 18 2004, 8:27 pm: A long hot bath, exercise, and chocolate help me! Also, if there is a specific thing that is causing you stress (like relationships or school) then try not to think about it. Or, if it's the relationship one try not to go near that person.
LaLa34lismchle answered Saturday September 18 2004, 8:20 pm: exercising to let stress out is a very good technique or cleaning your room stuff like that.... or as we learned inhealth classes take like four deep breaths each day or sumthing like that
TucanFullOfHoles answered Saturday September 18 2004, 8:17 pm: meditation, sports, exercise, chocolate :-), writing, drawing, singing, and in my case musical instruments, jazz, screaming into a pillow. theres this weird way of tightening your mussles, holding it for ten secounds and then slowly releasing it that illedgedly gives you some kind of mentle relief, but its never worked for me.
Sherry answered Saturday September 18 2004, 8:17 pm: Go to a party, hang out with friends...the beach is relaxing..sex is a really good stress-reliever but if your only like 12 or something dont do it...but if you have a bf/gf then yea lol [ Sherry's advice column | Ask Sherry A Question ]
