Yes, I know for a fact there are many many ways to releave stress... other than SEX and PARTIES. ( I've talked to one of the advice givers about telling you that sex was a good way to do it)... I know you can hang out with your friends, go see a movie, spend time with your family, go swimming, read a book, watch tv... there are oh so many ways... I hope this helped you out.. if there is anything else you'd like to ask me please let me know...

I usually take naps after school so that way you're not thinking about anything to stress over and avoid busy places that add stress that's not related to the stress you have to begin with (like crowded malls BLAH)...do activities to get your mind off of stress and do anything that you know you enjoy and makes you happy!

Good luck!

Naps. Music. Going online. Taking a walk. Taking long hot showers/baths. Hmm theres soo much that can set you free of stress, but you really have to think of what applies to you and what you enjoy.

Write about it - keeping a journal always helps me work through problems and relieve stress.
Listen to music.. have some you time and just relax with your favourite CD, chocolate, candles and no distractions.
Hang out with your friends - go see a movie and get some pizza. It always cheers me up when I'm feeling stressed :)

Ok this is what I do...

1.I firstly tell a friend and let all my pains and stress be let out...

2. I play soft music take a nice hot bath

3. I then go into my room turn some good music on AND DANCE!!! its fun and its good excersice...

4. get a sheet of paper and write...10 things I love about my body, self, etc!

5. have a sleepover invite my best buds over and HAVE A BLAST!

by the way...it all depends on whats wrong...i hope you feel better! stress could also have to do with depression if it doesnt get better call or visit your local doctor!

good luck

ps if you happen to be religous you can also read the bible trust me it helps and PRAY!!!

A long hot bath, exercise, and chocolate help me! Also, if there is a specific thing that is causing you stress (like relationships or school) then try not to think about it. Or, if it's the relationship one try not to go near that person.

Hopefully I didn't confuse you or make things worse...good luck, though =)

meditation, sports, exercise, chocolate :-), writing, drawing, singing, and in my case musical instruments, jazz, screaming into a pillow. theres this weird way of tightening your mussles, holding it for ten secounds and then slowly releasing it that illedgedly gives you some kind of mentle relief, but its never worked for me.

drugs are not an ansewer.
