It's not a good idea. If your question is about you, try to find a way to get over wanting to. People will tell you it's totally wrong and make you feel like crap, but you can't just make the desire go away just because other people tell you it's wrong. The desire may never go away, but you do need to find a way to cope with it because it is not a good idea and it is not the right thing to do. Have you talked to your sibling about it? Do they feel the same way? Try thinking about it and masturbating instead of actually doing it. Well, it has happened throughout history. It is not a good thing. Number one, every religion and state has practically forbidden this, it is taboo. From a scientific biological standpoint it would also be considered taboo since if there is any offspring, it would most likely be disformed, disfigured, diseased, genetically weak. Physically, yeah, it can happen, but it usually doesn't turn out well psychologically for either child down the road. It can disrupt their sex lives forever due to the hangups it causes. So incest is never a good idea.

Not knowing where you live: In most Western Countries and in I believe in all of the U. S. States; a brother and sister having sex together is called incest and is against the law. Meaning Incest is a criminal offence and carries criminal penalties.
Parents and children having sex together is called incest also. As far as I know there is no age limitation on incest.
