Wait unitl she finishes the crying part and ask her whats wrong, this is a really touchy subject but if you know your friend really well make her fell bad a bout not talking to you by saying stuff like "Friends are suppose to tell each othr every thing" and if you don't think that will work then maybe it's too hurtful to talk about.

What do you want people to do when you're crying?

When I'm crying, I get really embarrassed. All I want is for someone to give me a nice big cuddle, let me put my head on their shoulder and cry my heart out.

When I calm down a little, I feel like I've let out all of those bad emotions, and then my friend and I have a talk about what's upsetting me.

If she doesn't want to hug you, then just sit by her until she's ready to talk to you. If she doesn't want to talk, then just keep hugging her until she's all cried out.

You don't need to say anything, you just need to be that shoulder to cry on. If she wants to talk, just ask "what's wrong?" and let her talk while you listen.

I hope you're friend will be okay <3

You should try to understand what is making her so upset and scared. If she is scared that means something is really wrong and you should get her to talk to you. If that doesnt work you need to get her to talk to someone she can trust. If she still doesnt want to talk about it you should just let her know that your there for her. The best thing would just put your arms around her and let her cry it out. Be there for her is the best thing for her. A true friend only needs to be there, and she should feel better. Let her know that if she wants to talk about it youll be there to listen and help if you can. Hope this helps and your friend feels better. Inbox me if you need anymore advice.
