CHRIStotheTINAA answered Sunday August 27 2006, 8:04 pm: If it's all neutral colors and kindof matches your face&isn't all caked on your face, then it's all not too bad. But if you have like hot pink lipgloss and like red lipliner and blue eyeshadow.. then yeah it's too much. I think maybe lipliner may be a but much... but it really depends on the color. Just make sure you don't loaddd it all on. Hope I helpedd :] [ CHRIStotheTINAA's advice column | Ask CHRIStotheTINAA A Question ]
orphans answered Sunday August 27 2006, 6:31 pm: My opinion, is yes.
Too much make-up for a young 15 year old.
It's totally fine if you want to look mature and more adult like.
I'm only a year younger than you, and I only wear lipgloss and eyeshadow!
Maybe stop putting on lip liner and eye liner. The rest to me, is totally fine.
When you reach a little older, a few more years older, you can put all that stuff on.
Alli answered Sunday August 27 2006, 3:38 pm: I think if you start with a subtle gloss and eye shadow. Then lightly do it around your lips and eyes you should be fine. I do blieve that you shouldn't need concealer and mascara.
crack_is_wack answered Sunday August 27 2006, 2:36 pm: I'd say it doesn't matter how much you have on, as long as you still look pretty natural. If you look like your going out to a nightclub instead of just going to school, it's time to tone it down. I'm pretty sure a lot of other girls your age wear that much make-up as well.
adrifacee answered Sunday August 27 2006, 12:33 pm: lipgloss, id say is ok.
lipliner, nah. i would drop that.
eyeliner, i use it every day
eyeshadow and mascara, depends on the colors
foundation and concealer, if you use it to much it will make you break out more, and if you really have blemishes and zits and stuff then i suggest instead of hiding them, wash your face ..
all i wear every day, is eyeliner and chapstick
guys like it more when they can actually see what you look like. lol. dnt be afraid to wear a little make up. a littles somtimes enough. [ adrifacee's advice column | Ask adrifacee A Question ]
xsweet_pea_10 answered Sunday August 27 2006, 11:43 am: No, I dont think it is alot for a 10th grader! As long as you dont like load it on and look like all fake because natual sometimes is a very good look. Just dont load on the foundtion all the time i wouldnt even where it everyday because it could make u break out. But yes i think its fine to wear all that !
rainbowcherrie answered Sunday August 27 2006, 11:40 am: No, I don't think it is. I'm nearly 15 and I wear concealer, foundation, powder, blush, bronzer, eyeshadow, liquid liner, mascara and lipgloss. As long as it doesn't LOOK like you are wearing too much, then it's fine. Also remember to ensure that you remove your make up fully before bed and that you use a good moisturiser daily to keep your skin in good condition. caramella answered Sunday August 27 2006, 10:30 am: Way too much.If you want to look good in
makeup, the key is to look natural.Too much makeup at school can ruin your skin. You can have on a peache colored lipgloss and blush and mabey peach coloerd eyeshadow but concealer and foundation will ruin your face especially in the morning sun.
ok mabey it was ruined since the 6th grade but if you keep wearing all that makeup its going to get worse till theres no way to fix it.You can go to a beauty center to get face peeling, its 100% safe and will make your skin better and the key is to wash your face in the morning in the morning and before you go to sleep. orphans answered Sunday August 27 2006, 8:40 am: lipgloss, eyeliner, mascara, foundation, and concealer are fine

AskAndy answered Sunday August 27 2006, 1:56 am: ohyah thats way to much and way too unnatural. makes people wonder how old their trying to be and why they're trying to hard, maybe for some guy who could care less. thats what i think. sorry if this applies to you though [ AskAndy's advice column | Ask AskAndy A Question ]
xObEaChbAbEoX answered Sunday August 27 2006, 1:44 am: in my opinion yes it seems like your dressing for a huge evening event or a competition with lots of light
im also 15 buti jusst wear eyeliner, eyeshadow and sometimes foundation or else i feel somewhat like a clown
but i think you should lose either the mascara or eyeliner and maybe lose either the foundation or concealer and lose the lipliner but thats just my opinion. but if you have thin lips like reallythin then you shouldnt lose the lipliner but everyone has different opinons.
better yet you should go to sephora or macys when you have time and ask them some good makeup tips for day events (not evening) and ask them what they recommend you put on during the day
MelLeDisko answered Sunday August 27 2006, 1:12 am: Mm, like of the other girls said, lip liner might be a little much, and you don't even really need it since you're wearing lip gloss. I wear foundation, eyeshadow, mascara, and eyeliner, and I think that's fine, and I'm in 10th grade. It all just depends on how much you put on. Don't put any of it on heavily, and you'll look fine, and sometimes if you do it well enough, it barely looks like you're wearing any makeup and it's all just natural. I hope I helped. <3 [ MelLeDisko's advice column | Ask MelLeDisko A Question ]
Moop answered Sunday August 27 2006, 1:12 am: I don't wear that much make-up even when I'm onstage in a show. once I covered my face completely in glitter, but for normal people I wear foundation, eyeliner, lipstick, fake eyelashes, and eyebrow thickener on my eyebrows (if it's in-the-round I wear less). offstage I wear no non-natural make-up (and if I do wear any it's like beet juice mixed with lotion). I'm seventeen. what you described is definitely too much for me. [ Moop's advice column | Ask Moop A Question ]
orphans answered Sunday August 27 2006, 12:33 am: Like that one girl said, the lip liner is too much. There really isn't any need for it. Eyeliner and mascara are a good. Concealer and foundation are alright as well as long as you can't tell you're wearing it. And if you're using concealer, try wearing a powder instead of a liquid foundation. It's better for your skin and since you're already covering up imperfections with concealer, no need for foundation. Eye shadow isn't necessary for everyday, really. If it's just a shimmer or a beige/neutral color then it's alright. But you don't need any way out there colors for just going to school. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
babiigirl answered Sunday August 27 2006, 12:11 am: well i would consider it alot because i dont really see the point in wearing so much makeup. All i ever wear is foundation, eyeliner, and mascara.
But you dont have to change for anyone if you want to wear the makeup wear it. Just because you dont see alot of girls wearing makeup like that doesnt mean you have to knock it down.
hannahd answered Sunday August 27 2006, 12:09 am: Honestly, it all depends on how you wear it. You could get by wearing that many products & still look natural. But as long as everything was kept to a minimum, then you should be okay. I'd knock out the lipliner & concealer though [or foundation. pick one or the other.] [ hannahd's advice column | Ask hannahd A Question ]
Volleyball2150 answered Saturday August 26 2006, 11:59 pm: if you took of the lipliner it would be a perfect amount... however i think the lipliner just adds too much amount for me.
