okim going to my friends house to swim and i already promised her that i would come so i cant back out well i just started my period and i cant swim and i cant tell her why i cant swim because its to embarssing so my question is can i use a tampon to swim in??? and is there any thing that i can do to stop it for a couple o f hours??
You can't stop your perioddd .. I wish. hahaha but yeah, tampons are fine to use in water.

walmart. if you go to a drugstore their cosmetics are usuallyy a lot more expensive. like once i got regular powder from rite-aid and it was $13. so i'd stick to walmart. (:

You could get a cheap straightener pretty much anywhere. You could probably try Target or Walmart for a cheap one.
Alright, now I get sleep and everything, but whenever I am in school and stuff, I still continue to be tired. Haha, it being boring doesn't help too much either. Anyways. I was thinking about purchasing an energy drink to drink in the morning to help me stay a little more awake, and I keep hearing of this energy drink, MONSTER. I hear it's great, it taste good, etc.
But: I am a picky person. I don't like alot of flavors and tastes.
So.
To anybody whose ever drank it, what does it taste like? I tried an energy drink once, it tasted like pineapple, and I spit it out, haha. I'm not repeating that again.
But, to anybody else, even if you haven't drank MONSTER, any other energy drink suggestions and what do they taste like?

Monster is reallyy good.. there's a lot of different types so you might want to try out a few different kinds since you're picky.
In gym class, this girl Kelly, was like ohh you only ran 2 laps FATTY. I ran 5 though! I was like whatever. So then at recess she was like your so white. Get a tan. I said "Im a redhead and we don't get tan easily." Kelly said "Mkay no hunny, thats has nothing to do with it!" Her friends were like yeah and I thought u always say you have BROWN hair. My hair is kind of brownish red. Kelly was like "Get a tan." "Dye your hair." "Loose weight." She's so annoying. She says this all the time. I am way prettier then her too. She just has friends because she knows how to be mean. I can stick up for someone else, but not myself. My friend, who came by me was like "Let's go to the science room!" I was about to cry though. Kelly is 13, and has had 3 boyfriends, all younger. Im 13, I have had 8 & all older! I just don't know what to do! She always calls me a slut too. She has never kissed anyone. She also says I stuff my bra but I don't and this bothers me..
Well Kelly sounds like she's just being immature and she just needs to grow up. The truth is that she's probably just jealous, even though that's not an excuse for someone to say things like that to someone else. I know it'll be hard, but you should try to say something to her. One day just be like; you constantly bug me about stupid things that don't even matter, when the truth is that i think that you're just jealous. just becuase i've had more boyfriends than you doesn't make me a slut. That sounds kind of stupid, but it might get her to shut up. Just try not to let her bother you.. she sounds really lame and it seems like all of her friends just follow her around because they have nothing better to do.
hey everyone well im a 15/f and i need some help.. well ok my ipod isn't updating it says it doesn't have enough room to put more songs on.. and its the ipod nano which is 2 gygabytes and it can hold 500 songs and mines can't even hold like 390 songs!! what should i do?
It might not be able to hold up to 500 songs because when they say that 2 gygabytes holds 500 songs; they mean an average of like 3 or 3 1/2 minutes per song... you probably have either pictures or really long songs on your ipod and that's why it's doing that. if not, then you should probably bring it back to the place where you got it & then figure out the problem. i hope i helpedd :]
Hey iam 17 years old and i just got a puppy for my b-day last week and he cries every night and my mom just had to go and put his cage outside my bedroom window and her cries are so loud that it keeps me up at night and I practically fall asleep in school what should I do?
You could try to bring the cage into your room. He's probably not used to being alone. He'd probably even like it more if he slept with you. I had a puppy and she cried all night long too; I think he just want some loveee.

Nope you don't haveee to. hahah I rarely shave mine during winter; but it's probably because mine like barely have hair. but yeah; it's completely up to you ..

hmmm.. Maybe if you straighten your hair a lot because if your hair's curly and frizzy then it might look a little weird with side bangs.

Yes I'm pretty sure it isss because usually tracks are around football fields and they're equal to a quarter milee.
how can you make yourself happy? because I can't seem to do it. I'm completely miserable, and I dont think its healthy for me toi be so negative.
You might have a depression problem if you can't make yourself happy at all. You should try to go to a doctor and maybe he'll prescribe you anti-depressant pills. If not; just surround yourself with things that make you happyy. Watch your favorites movie, hang out with friends, listen to your favorite music..etc..
I just got back from Lake Tahoe. My skin was pretty nice until I got there. The sun burned up my face. and now my entire face is peeling and red. my skin looks horrible. School begins on September 5, will the peeling/redness go away by then? or what can I do to make it go away??

Peeling skin
There’s no cream or lotion that will stop burnt skin from peeling off. This is part of the natural healing process. Suggestions include:
Resist the temptation and don’t pick at the skin. Allow the dead skin sheets to detach on their own.
Remove detached skin carefully and slowly. Don’t rip skin sheets off or you risk removing more skin than you intended.
Apply antiseptic cream to the newly revealed skin to reduce the risk of infection.
Consider covering up with clothing to stop other people from picking at your peeling skin.

Is it weird not to want sex? Other people have it before they are married, but I want it after. If even then. I always said I would adopt my children. How I see it children are like puppies. Puppies are sent to pounds because they were not able to be taken care of, or not wanted. (Same as children sent to adoption agencies.) And the reason puppies, and children, are not being adopted is because dogs, and women, keep having babies. Then when the puppies owners can't find good homes for them they are sent to the pound, which just keeps on growing. So why would we want children when there are several at adoption aggencies waiting for a good family to arrive and take them home? Plus there is all that pain, and blood. But because I don't want to do it are people gonna try to make me later on? Thanks in advance.
That's how I used to be. I swore to myself I was always gonna stay a virgin and I didn't want to have sex. As you grow up a little more and your hormones start to develop your views will probably change. No you might not want to be ontop of every guy ahhaha but you'll probably want to have sex earlier & it'll become more natural. If you don't want to have sex after a few years; don't worry about it. People may pressure you into it, but it's your own personal decision. As for adopting-I told myself I was gonna adopt kids instead of having them tooo because I thought that having a kid would be sick and gross :] hahah, but after talking to a family friend about her daughter [she tried having a baby for a longlong time and finally had one] I realized that having your own child is pretty much a gift and I'm assuming that when you're old enough and ready you'll probably want to have your own childdd. And all of the moms I know say that the pains is worth it. but don't get me wrong; there's absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to adopt a kid. haha sorry this was so long ; but yeah your feelings right now for everything is completely normal for your agee. hope I helped :]
I'm so confused about masturbation. Is it right or wrong? Masturbation is completely normal & healthy. Don't worry about it .. there's nothing wrong with it at all. As far as your mom getting mad, just do it in private and don't let her know. It could be embarassing if she found out. But almost everyone does it and there's nothing wrong with it. :]
