walmart. if you go to a drugstore their cosmetics are usuallyy a lot more expensive. like once i got regular powder from rite-aid and it was $13. so i'd stick to walmart. (:

Walmart. Drugstores almost always cost a lot more. Also Walmart has Wet N Wild, which is quality makeup without the fancy packaging, so it costs really cheap.

Walmart has a good price on cosmetics but I wouldn't know about Riteaid. If you have Walgreens where you live, it's pretty cheap there.

I think cvs is cheaper. Some of the make-up can be cheaper but the majority of the make-up is cheaper at cvs. Ive never been to a rite-aid so i couldnt tell you how their prices are.

Alot of the times cvs will have a sell on make-up like buy one and get one 50% off or buy one get one free. And always check the news paper for coupons for make-up.

kim:)

You could always get a cvs card and when you buy stuff there you earn points for everything and you earn 25 of your spendings back. 4 times a year they give extra bucks ( a coupon for anything in the store ) And alot fo the time you will get coupons to print out of the bottom on your receipt.
