Roxeh101 answered Saturday September 2 2006, 9:10 am: I got mine from Target. It was around $18 and it works really well. It has a little brush on it so it brushes and straightens your hair at the same time. Now the brush is removable but I usually use it. It's not a target brand, never get those, mine is Conair. But like another person said, make sure you put something in your hair before straightening because you can easily burn it. [ Roxeh101's advice column | Ask Roxeh101 A Question ]
Igotamonopoly answered Saturday September 2 2006, 4:32 am: Target, but those aren't worth your money. They screwed up my hair. Anyway, make sure it has ceramic plates and isn't ceramic coated, and that you always use a heat protecting spray before you straighten. FrEe2bMe answered Saturday September 2 2006, 2:37 am: You can get cheap straighteners just about anywhere. Brands like ConAir, HotTools, etc are readily available at your local drug stores, grocery stores, and places like WalMary and Target. Just remember you get what you pay for.
Here is a site that lists straighteners under 20 dollars: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
