Hi. my hair ALWAYS gets all frizzy and tangled and i dont have any detangler! my hairbrush is like ripping out my hair cuz it has soooo many knots! any ideas on how to detangle it and take away the frizz? thanks!

Okay well..
number one: only conditioning your hair in the shower just makes it oily, and doesn't help frizz.
number two: shampooing it everyday IS good for your hair, unless you're attracted to extremely oily hair :)
number three: i would loveeee you help you with your dilemma :D
my hair used to be SOOOO frizzy i mean even when i put it in a ponytail, it looked frizzy. i used to cry some mornings because my hair looked so freakinggg terrible and i didn't want ANYONE to see it!
but now it's not frizzy AT ALL becuase i use sunsilk de-frizz shampoo and suave tropical coconut conditioner, and that by itself works great and all but what's the best is the sunsilk de-frizz 24/7 creme that you put in your hair when you get out of the shower and your hair is damp/still kinda wet.
as for the tangles, right after you shampoo in the shower brush your hair. same after you condition it. and also before you put the creme in, that way you won't have to do it a million times a day and make your hair an oil-factory. but if that doesn't work for tangles just buy some suave detangling spray

Hello. I am a rising senior and all my high school days I've been known as the wild/fun girl that could dress. Don't get me wrong I want to maintain that but I want to be more feminie. Maybe a dress and heels, even carry a purse. The only problem is I don't know how to be a gurly girl. I want to be! I want to learn how to carry myself more as a lady. I've always been a tomboy and that has gotten me a little attention but when I start school in the fall I want to be drop dead gorgeous! Please help me!! (link)

Well just shop at places such as Aeropostale, American Eagle, Hollister, Abercrombie/ Amercrombie & Fitch, WetSeal, Body Shop, PacSun, etc. etc. etc. When you first go shopping for more girlish clothes, take one of your girl friends with you so she can help you choose more girly things, since you aren't quite used to it :)

SHAVE. Lol, Nair smells like crap and takes a little longer. Just either use soap, body wash, or shave cream/gel when you shave becaue you're less likely to get cut, and even when you do get cut, it doesn't hurt that bad.

please only answer this if you have dealt with serious acne.
my acne isnt as bad as some people, but i am CONSTANTLY broken out. i cant remember the last time i had a clear face. ive used practically everything and nothing works. well, some stuff works for like a week or two but stops working after that. ive tried clean and clear, proactive, murad, clearisil, biore, neutrogena, st.ives apricot scrub, cetaphil, noxzeema, clinique 3-step, i mean i cant even list every brand ive tried!
ive gone to the dermatologist and they gave me differin & duac. i had to use it for about 6 months and it only worked for about a month.
my mom wont let me take pills. and i cant do accutane.
will somebody please help me! give me a routine to do every morning and night that ahs really cured your face. im up for anything now.

Well in the mornings I was my face with Clean & Clear Morning burst. Then I put dove face moisturizer on there so my skin doesn't dry out. Then put a dab of this Neutrogena stuff on, that's a concealer but for acne (it doesnt say that on the package, but it really is) and it's in a small tube and it' the color of your skin and you just put it on every pimple and rub it in. Then put on whatever make up. But what REALLY helps is laying out in the sun without sunscreen on your face. It does wonders to acne. Then at night I just wash my face with a wet cloth and put some more neutrogena stuff on and now my face is clear :)

so the other night i was coming home late from work. i was at a stop sign and looked out my window and i saw the weirdest thing. i saw fairies floating around dancing with dwarfs and the fairies had those little boots on with the curls at the end. i told everyone about it the next day and nobody believed me. shortly after i saw them again when i was coming home from this crazy party. so i told my parents about the fairies, a big mistake, and yesterday they made me go to the doctor. they told the doctor what i said in private and then he asked to talk to me alone. he told me i had gone way too far this time and he said the fairies and dwarfs were illusions i had created because i'm always smokin and trippin. sure, i do drugs but these fairies were real, i know they were. does anybody else ever see fairies dancing around with dwarfs late at night? It could be from getting drunk, being tired, or being on drugs. But take a camera and take a picture next time you see them and show the picture to your parents, but first get a good nights sleep and look at the picture, to make sure they're really there, this way your parents won't check you in to the nut house :P

Well if your hair is just naturally then I suggest straightening it one night then put a bunch of braids in it, sleep like that, then in the morning take all the braids out.

Alright, so I'm going to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time EVER sometime this week, and I'm a little nervous.
1) How long will it take?
2) How do they do it?
3) On a scale one to ten, ten being highest, how bad did it hurt for you the first time?
4) What age did you start getting yours waxed/plucked, etc?
5) How often will I need to get them redone or whatever?

1.Maybe 10 minutes, probably a little less.
2.They just put the wax on top of the hair they're taking off, put a special tape on top of the wax, and rip it off.
3. 1/10 it stings a teensy bit and sorta feels weird but doesn't actually hurt.
4. I think I was 11....
5. Well mine took almost a month to just get a few hairs grown back in, but you can just pluck those at home, but if you prefer waxing, knock yourself out.

m/13 hi i order abercrombie kids of the internet because i dont live in america but im going there for my holidays this year. Im size large in kids and i was wondering if thats small in the adults???? also what ages is abercrombie and fitch for and will i get strange looks if i walk in there alone or hollister. is abercrombie kids shop like the ANF shop, dark lights loud music etc......also is there more clothes in the shop than on the website???? thanks (link)

I would say large in abercrombie is more like extra small in A&F and no you won't get strange looks if you go in there by yourself, plenty of people do it :) And yes A&F is basically the same as abercrombie except it's a little more expensive and it has bigger clothes.

I wear a 34A bra, and my breasts are just too small for the rest of my body. I wear padded bras, but I've only found one kind that fits me right.
What I need is this:
1) Bra that has a lot of padding that looks smooth and natural on the outside of my shirt.
2) Bra that has some push up so give me cleavage while making my breasts look bigger all around for low cut tops.
I'd really prefer to hear from girls who have USED the bra before and approve of it...not just guesses. Brand names would be great...but links would be even better. (link)

FINALLY. Lol I've been wating for this question all night. Well I was just experimenting and I put on two bras at a time and it made me look bigger and gave me cleavage! And I only wear a 30A. So try that out and don't waste money on a pushup bra :)

Ask for a gift card to some spa place so you can get a mani/pedi and whatever else you can manage to buy using that gift card.
If you aren't into that type of thing ask for a $100 (or more if you really want) gift card to your favorite store or just to the mall that way you can use it in any store in the mall you want. I mean you're turning 16, your presents should be bigger and better than ever since this is one of your bigger b-days.

Ok,so you know how people have those "frount" bangs? (where the bangs go across) well, most people have those bangs,and they can move them to be side-swept. my question is,how do i ask for bangs that can be both side-swept and across? do you think it will work? thankss. (link)

That won't work because the across bangs are too short and too wide to just be swept to one side. So you have to either get really long across bangs, or choose between the two. I prefer side bangs because you can just put them behind your ear(s) and they won't get in your eyes as much, but it's all up to you.

how come whenever i get the mail, theres like most of the time, always a dog staring at me out the window, and it barks as i walk? that same dog has been doing that for ages and for everyone who walks by their house. and next door like twice THEIR dog did the same thing. do all dogs do this? why do they wait by the window alot anyways? i dont get it.. They have no life basically. My dog does the same thing. But she's usally sleeping on the furniture near the window and if she sees something "suspicious" she barks. But it's mainly because she doesn't know who those people are and think by barking, they'll go away or alert the family.

The same with me this summer, but I really don't mind because that way I won't get stuck doing something I really don't want to do. I mean people always call me and two of my other friends "The most popular girls in our grade" but that doesn't always mean people are going to die if they don't make plans with you. So it doesn't always have to do with status. So just don't worry, maybe they want to chill and not make a bunch of plans, or maybe they're really busy?

I haven't heard of this before, but it might be a scam. Just about the only town that hosts TV shows in NC is Wilson (One Tree Hill). So if it's in Wilson, then ask the company, they probably have a good amount of money to give you. If it's not in Wilson it could be a scam but you'll never know until you ask, so go on ahead!

I just want some foundation-powder to cover acne/scars/even out my skin tone. I also want blush [is creme or powder better? more natural, i guess]. A good liquid eyeliner too?
Any suggestions? I've been on the site but I'm lost. I don't know what products work well or anything. What's your favorite product for foundation-powder, blush, eyeliner?

1. Foundation and powder are to different things. Same concept, different items. Foundation is like a liquidy think and powder is well...powder.
2. My favorite product is powder.
3. I recommend regular pencil eyeliner because liquid eyeliner runs more (or at least that's what I think, not 100% positive so don't quote me on it just yet)

i have medium brown hair. its a little darker than medium, but its not extremely dark
anyways i heard using sun-in on darkish hair turns it orange

I used that a few summers ago. It works a leetle bit but it won't turn your hair orange. My hair was the same color as yours when I used it and my hair turned out fine, but not as light as I had hoped.

Well I haven't actually TRIED this before but I was looking for something I could color my hair with because it got screwy looking after I highlighted it and I found this: ColorSpa MOISTURE ACTIF. It's sold at WalGreens and it's from the L'oreal line.
Now I don't know if Garnier sells coloring products (I know they sell highlighting stuff) but if they do, DONT USE IT. I just highlighted my hair with Garnier Nutrisse and it turned out extremely brassy and bright and I had to go to the hairdress and he had to put toner on it and it cost us $25 which isn't bad, but that's ridiculous that I had to do that. Good luck!

You can't get rid of you part unless you get your haircut really short. And I mean REALLY. So you'll have to deal with a side part. Just take a comb and run it vertically across your hair to make the part. Then, with your hair still like that, wash it. Then it will stay like that until you change it again :)
