It's more for highschoolers and college people, but younger kids, such as your age can and do still wear it. You will not get strange looks if you walk into Hollister or Abercrombie or ANF alone. Hollister is for ages from 8 - 20something, depending on the size you are. Some older adults wear Hollister and ANF in their 40's, I've also seen kids as young as 5 wearing Kids Abercrombie and Hollister. So there's nothing to worry about there. The ANF that I go to, doesn't have dark lights, they're just dimmed, and loud music is expected in all those types of stores. But Hollister is where it will be the darkest lighting, and the loudest music. And no, the websites always have more clothes then what they have in the stores.

It is dark, with the music jhust as you said. There is usually more clothes, and a lot better ones:]. Same with Hollister, you wont look weird walking in, and it is dark w/ music.
sdcutie717 answered Thursday July 5 2007, 3:29 pm: A small in ANF is a little bit bigger than the large in the kids. But in ANF, everything fits differently, so you really havev to try it on. Usually the shirts in the kids abercrombie are boxier.
No, you won't get weird looks if you walk into ANF or holister. It's mostly kids in your age group in there. You may be a little younger than most of the people that shop in ANF, just because most people your age fit into kids abercrombie better. ANF is mostly high school kids. But nobodys gonna know exactly how old you are or say anything to you if you fit into the clothes.
Yes, abercrombie is almost exactly the same as ANF. It's usually a little bit smaller and the pictures aren't so provocative, but it's really all the same, just for kids.
All of the new stuff that you find in the store will be on the website, but they have a lot more sale stuff and older stuff in the store.
abby818 answered Thursday July 5 2007, 3:25 pm: A large kids IS a small in adults. It is for ALL ages. You will not be looked at strange. Abercrombie is DEFINITLY NOT like an ANF store. I would also shop at www.hottopic.com. I would also like feedback! GOOD LUCK!! [ abby818's advice column | Ask abby818 A Question ]

well, small might be a bit big, try x small if it is. XL in kids = S or XS in fitch.
well, girls 13+ go to abercrombie & fitch. i don't usually see young guys like 13 in abercrombie in fitch. you may or may not get strange looks depending on how old you look. no one really cares unless you're really really short.
dim lights, very loud music, and there are more clothes on the website than in the shop. you can't find anything you want in the store if you saw it online cause a.) either they ran out of the size or b.) they ran out of the color. so if you see something online, i def. suggest buying it cause odds are, it's not in the store.
