Its not considered as 'rape' if the guy didn't force you to have sexual intercourse with him. But if he was a bit rough and maybe he told you he was a rapist you should press charges against him. The longer you wait his semen could 'fade' I guess. And it would be harder to tell who's semen it is.

Depends on the state's age of consent...I know in NY its 17 so theoretically if it's NY then no...as far as the statuatory portion is concerned, as long as 17 is the age of consent in your state and its consensual...no its not rape. If it's below the state's statuatory age then it doesn't matter if its consensual or not.

Since you're under 18 and there is obviously a four year difference, then yeah, it is considered statutory rape. Even though it's consentual [sp] sex.

But if someone knew that a 30 year was having sex with you then people can have him put on the pedophile list. Even if you guys are boyfriend and girlfriend. And Even was you turn 18 your boyfriend will be on that list forever.

Technically speaking as long as the youngest person is at least 18 it doesn't matter. But seeing as how no one pays a bit of attention to these 'laws' it really doesn't matter. If the girl is 17 I think she's old enought to decide what is age appropriate. She'll be 18 soon anyways.

If you mean statutory rape, as in he is dating a kid when he should be dating someone his own age...depends. Most states the age of consent is 16.
Does't mean parents can't throw a fit and destroy the the 30 year olds life in the town they live in.
