when someone is like tense and stuff or whatever, why do people say "he needs to get layed."?

Im pretty sure the reason why they say that is because when your having sex you are really calm and relaxed and you are usually happy after you have had it. So people mean since hes stressed getting layed might make him calm and more stress-free.

Being layed is another way of saying having sex. Sex is a good way of relieving stress, so people usually tell them to get layed to relieve it. That's basically it really.
