im going to six flags/hurricane harbor on friday in chicago. its going to be hot out so im planning on wearing my swimming suit, but i was just wondering what to wear over that..i was thinking soffees? but idk, ive never been there before. also, do you wear flip flops or tennis shoes to a place like that? thanks in advance for everything!

you should deffinitaley wear a bathingsuit and wear flipflops and just in case i would bring a bag like a drawstring bag and bring a towel sunblock even if its not sunny a change of clothes & id wear sneakers nd bring flipflops with me -- over that you should just wear a t-shirt & like sport shorts

A bathing suit sounds like a good idea. Just wear some shorts and a tank top over it. And flip flops are fine, but on certain rides you may have to take them off.

hey, well your going to be wet, so soffees are great! wear a nice stretchy cami with the soffees. yes do wear flipflops. you want a more laidback cute style for six flags. you dont want to wear like a jean skirt or anything like that.

well i would wear soffees and a tank top.you should probably wear tennis shoes too cuz you will be walking around alot and on some rides and stuff it could be really easy for flip flops to fall off.hope you have fun!!hope i helped a bit:)

yeah soffees are fine.. or else like gym shorts. thats what i always wear to the six flags here [speak of the devil i just went yesterday lol] anyway i usually wear flip flops because theyre alot better than havin to lug around in wet tennis shoes & idk bout in chicago but at the six flags here you HAVE to wear shoes on every ride [unless you wear flip flops then you can take em off if your feet dangle on tha ride]. hope that helps, have fun!

Try CROCS, if you have them, they'd be perfect.
If not, I suggest flip flops, but bring tennis shoes and leave them in the car.

well if i were you i'd wear something like a tank top and cloth shorts. i would bring a pair of tennis shoes. but i wouldnt wear them there because if you go on water rides it's hard to take them off and on. another thing bring sun block. i went somewhere like that the other day and it would of helped!! hope you have fun!

Hey soffees are good where a tank over that, don't where flip flops on the roller coasters there is a good chance you will lose them. I have seen it happen at amusement parks loads of times. Tennis shoes are so much the better choice also because you will be walking alot and they will give you some support so your feet won't hurt as much.

Yes, soffees would be a good idea. And wear a tank/halter/tube top of some sort over your swim suit top. You can wear flip flops if you want to just be prepared to take them off every time you get on a ride. If you don't want to keep taking them off wear tennis shoes. It isn't THAT much of a hassle but I would go with the tennis shoes.
Also, leave earrings off. They don't allow earrings on most rides. Don't wear any jewelry for that matter.

I think the bathing suit idea is good. Maybe just a t-shirt over that. Flip flops will be fine too.
