ok so a few days ago i caught my almost 16 yr old brother looking at porn on the internet...and he caught me spying on him. and i promised to him i wouldnt tell cuz god only knows what my parents would do... so idk what to do like is this normal .. it probably is but what should i do its just kinda freaky ....

its definetely normal. especially for a guy. theres nothing to worry about. it is kinda weird, and may make you a little uncomfortable around him for a while- but you'll bot h eventually get over it. but remember to not say a word to your parents about it- hes depending on you not to. good luck.

Depending on what kind of porn it was, it's normal. If it was animal or kiddie kind of porn, then obviously this is a little deeper issue.

Just know that it's perfectly normal, and he only confronted you so he wouldn't get in trouble. You hold all the cards, you caught him. So if you want you could just tell him not to do that anymore or at least not while you're around. But yeah, its pretty normal so don't read too much into it.

I think it is normal. I caught my older brother watching porn one time also. Most guys around that age do it. Some probably that are older and younger probably do it to.

Sbloemeke's got the right idea. Keep his secret safe, but you might want to talk to him about it. Ask him why he does, if he thinks he's addicted, stuffs like that. It also may depend on the porn... If it's regular stuff (naked women, people having sex, etc.) then it's not much to worry about. But if he's developing a fetish for things like bondage or lesbian porn, then there's a decent chance he'll get addicted.

It is normal. It is illegal, but unfortunately, about 90% of all males do that. I wouldn't tell your parents unless he looks at it every moment when they aren't looking. But if you are concerned, bring it up with him. Don't go to parents or officials, in my opinion.
