k, i know if 13 but i WANT bigger boobs, i hate waiting! i'm always being called 'flat' and i hate it, can i eat something or do something to make them bigger without stuffing or implants?!

Mine didn't finish growing until college. Seriously.
Let me tell you something, you think they are just the coolest, sexiest things ever at the age of 13. Once you get then though, they aren't so glamorous. They hurt, they sag (not sexy, they are always in the way, bras are expensive, working out is hard. I could go on....
Don't rush yourself, be proud to be small.

I know, waiting sucks, but I'm sorry to say.. there isn't anything you can do to make them grow faster. Don't worry one day you'll get them.. and you'll hate them..

As said before me by these other people, Padded Bras and Push up bras always work for me. I mean, stuffing is obviously not the way to go, you boobs wont grow 2 sizes over night, and gosh no implants are not even an option at your age.
Thats another thing, you're only 13. You're not even dont growing yet. I dont know if you've gotten your period yet but girls arent done growing and developing until 2-3 yrs after their first period. So dont sweat it, you'll fill out and even if you dont get to be really big like some of the girls you see, just remember that your boobs will look right for your body ( plus there no back pain involved either)
Just worry about having fun and enjoy life, the more you worry about the little things the less enjoyable it becomes.

you should deffinitely go to victoria's secret and get push up/padded bras! if you know what bra size you are, then just go to the store and ask them for what they prefer! victoria's secret has the best ones, and i know a lot of the other people already said that, but i wanna keep re-inforcing it! k-mart's might be okay, but if you want a good brand that will deffinitely make a difference, then go to victoria's secret.

find a bra you like and maybe print out a picture of it and bring it to the store! yeah, they cost a lot, but trust me they work! i used to be REALLY flat chested and i got a pushup bra from victoria's secret, and it didn't look like i was flat anymore! haha.

I understand you "hate waiting", but there's really nothing you can do to make your breasts bigger. They offer vitamins which promise to do this, however they are not recommend to children. How old are you anyways? If you are a younger then 18, forget about that option altogether. Furthermore, I don't suggest dwelling on this. Chances are you still have many years left to develop, and you're breasts don't stop growing until you're around 19 or so.

Hate to break it to you, but there isn't anything you can eat to make your boobs grow. Try buying a padded/push up bra. That should help a little bit. Otherwise, I guess you just got to wait (unfortunately). You'll have boobs soon enough, don't worry. Hope this helps.

Well it's kinda a natural thing see the only real way to get bigger boobs natural is get fatter lol and i know u don't want that so another thing you could do it get a better bra one with more support or more padding
