KELLY_ELIZABETH answered Saturday March 11 2006, 12:29 pm: yea, its completely normal. when you start so early, your body isnt close to being fully developed yet, so it doesnt create a regular pattern. as you get older, it most likely comes every month. sometimes longer and sometimes shorter. everybodys pattern is different.
ankeagle14 answered Saturday March 11 2006, 8:16 am: yes, they are both normal. you can get your period any time betwine the ages 10-21. when you get it, say in 6th grade, you dan't have to get it again for a few years. I guess it's because your so young it dosent devolop a pattern yet.

TimmyTM answered Saturday March 11 2006, 7:26 am: Yes. This is normal. You can get your period at a large range, these days. It may also take a while for your period to normalize, or even show up again for a long time. [ TimmyTM's advice column | Ask TimmyTM A Question ]
vermillion26 answered Friday March 10 2006, 11:29 pm: That happened to me and I'm fine, I wouldn't really worry about. I got mine in grade six and didn't have it again until grade 8. You could ask your doctor if you're really worried, but you should be fine.
tasuki answered Friday March 10 2006, 10:46 pm: Yes, it's normal to start in sixth grade.
But that's a really long time to not have a period. There might have been nothing wrong, but I would still talk to a doctor about it. [ tasuki's advice column | Ask tasuki A Question ]

orphans answered Friday March 10 2006, 9:59 pm: the earliest ive ever heard of a period happening is 4th grade, or around 8 years old. not gettin gone for 2 years is pretty irregular. your supposed to get it monthly (duh), but some peopel can get it 6 mos late. you should talk to a doctor/gynee. (are you sure you got it in 6th grade, because its VERRRRY normal for ppl to get it in 8th grade) [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
KiSSxMYxPEARLS answered Friday March 10 2006, 9:34 pm: Yes it`s normal to start your period in 6th grade. There are some girls who start their periods in Kindergarten, but that`s VERRYYYYY RARE! [That`s what my teacher said..]
Anyways, periods can sometimes be irregular. I know mine were, but they never skipped for 2 years. I don`t know if that is quite normal. But just as long as you got your period, then it`s okay.. I guess. ♥ [ KiSSxMYxPEARLS's advice column | Ask KiSSxMYxPEARLS A Question ]
