Is it wrong for an 13 year old and an 11 year old to go out?..I really need someones opinion!!!

Not At All!!!! my ex-boyfriend and me went out for 3 years and he was 11 when i was 13.. but it might be hard though.. b/c you guys are in different grades.. and you wont see eachother much .. thats why me and my ex didnt work out.. but if you guys love eachother you can make it work;)

no it is not wrong. but if you care about your reputation and think that this might harm it, then you shouldn't be going out. no one should be dating if they're not sure. but if you really do like this guy, you shouldn't break it off. age is just a number, and feeling can't be explained.

I think so. I really do. If you were 17 and he was 15, that would be no big deal. But I think that 13 is too young to be going out, and 11 certainly is. Neither of you are ready to have a real relationship. But that's just my opinion, in the end it is your choice so do what you want.

personally, i think that an 11 year old shouldn't be dating. but, its all based on maturity. if u two are at the same maturity level and ur not going too far in the relationship, and its okay with the 'rents...go for it. but i'm not promoting anything.

no! of course not! its only a 2 year differance! its not awkward at all! i went out with a 16 year old when i was 12 so yeah... it was all good! yeah pretty wierd i know but yeah age doesnt matter!

well, as most people know girls tend to get more mature faster than guys so if the gu is o;der its ok, if the girl is it really depends ont the guy. but over all if you love/really like him, its perfactly fine. hope it works out.

I don't believe that age should play a factor in your decision unless there was a drastic difference, but that is not the case. I think that you should focus more on trying to figure out if you match in maturity and intelligence. You do not want to be in the big sister position with someone that you are interested in. Make sure that you will not be bored when he is off playing playstation.

not at all if you like each other then don't worry about a thing because its not like theres a law that you have to go out with people your age i mean are your parents the same age?? and if so theres alot of married couples not the same age which means that it dosn't matter if you go out with an 8th grade if you guys really like each other thats incredible and good luck !!!

well honestly all my boyfriends have been younger than me. i was a freshman and went out wit a dude from 7th grade! hahah. i broke up wit him cuz he wanted to much. (if you get what im saying) now im with a guy that younger than me by like 3 months. but if u really like this boy then go for it. maybe he might even look older you. i mean its not like anyone would come up to you and say, "whos older you or your boyfrined?"
so in my opinion go for it.

It's not wrong, but to other people it may seem a little bit weird. If you like each other, then defenetly go for it. It's only a 2 year difference and that's not a lot.
