Is magic real? Can you really hypnotize people? I saw this thing on tv where this guy made this girl float..sounds totally not real but if you saw it you would probably believe it. But anyways, is it actually real?

Well, I don't know what other people think, but I think hypnotism is DEFINITELY real. And I would know because I was hypnotized once. I'm not so sure about other 'magical' things, but hey, you never know.

Depends. You can brainwash and hypnotize people. Its not really magic its just how focused you make them.

Well that depends. Street Magicians like David Blaine, Alain Nu, and Chris Angel, have tricks that are very convincing. And yes, you can hypnotize people, but not the way you may be thinking. You can't make people act like chickens or anything like that. When hypnotized, people become more open to suggestion. Hypnotisism can help people remember or forget events.

No magic not real. Hynotize not real. Why? The brain isn't something that can just be opened like the pages of a book. If it were so, then everyone could get a silky dreamy voice and talk to you and you'd be spilling out your most valuable secrets. The brain is the most complex, most structured part of any human body. It can not be easily opened. TV is fake . That is fake.

I completely believe in magic, but to answer your question believing in magic or not is based on opinions. You can either believe in it or not. But most magic is just a trick not real but I do believe people can be hynotized. (I even believe in vamps). Hope this helped!

First of all, people you see on TV doing that, use optical illusions and a whole assortment of tricks to acomplish their means of amazing the audience. My personal opinion, no magic is NOT real, not in the sense you are speaking of. The things you saw on TV, there are so many ways of fooling you into believing that he actually made a girl float that it isn't even worth mumbling the word "magic" to those shows.
As for hypnomization, yes that is possible. There are many ways to manipulate the mind and even more ways to exploit those means. You can make people think things that aren't really happening, make them believe people that they know, force them to do something againts their will, etc the list goes on. But hypnomization only works on humans whose mind is not fully prepared to resist a hypnomization. There are ways to protect your mind from being hypnotized, but it takes alot of mental training and though into it, shortly put it is hard.

Chris Angel?? I was like woah!! I think what he does is probablly real.. but magic is just an opinion weather to belive it or not. Its up to you. You really cant belive all the things on tv but until you see it with your own eyes. I kind of do belive it.

Magic is an illusion to the eye making it see something that isn't real. You can try to do but it takes practice. Yes you can really hypnotize people but only professionals do that.

Are you talking about Criss Angel? That guy is amazing! I think it's real, but magic is really an illusion that fools the eyes into believeing something. I think if you believe in it, you could do it. You have to remember that he's been doing this since he was little and he has other professionals teaching him how to do these things. It took him along time to get where he is now. I think someone could float if you're able to hypnotize them, you can make them do anything. There are no camera tricks however, because it is taped live and he just goes up to people on the streets. I believe it though! I believe everything he does. I also believe that all his magic tricks are real. He always keeps my wondering after he's done, how he does it. I would love to be able to do magic, but I know I don't have the talent. He is totally amazing though and not to mention, hot!
