Honestly all you have to do is go to Hollister and Abercrombie and Fitch. Polos are really preppy, and so are destroyed jeans. Basically anything that's just supercute and not trashy at all. :-)

Fucking media can kiss my ass.
Look around and copy everyone else. That seems to be the latest style.

Pretty much everything from hollister, abercrombie, the gap and american eagle is preppy. Preppy people at my school usually have blonde in their hair...highlights, just full out dyed..whatever. But they also wear like sweaters over a button down shirt, cami tops, khaki pants or cords(those like tan things)and alot of pink. and everyone knows, a preps signature is their collection of polo shirts lol. Oh you know those like inital necklaces? those are pretty preppy. And having a nice purse, like made by Coach or LeSportsac(sp?)or even like Dior if youve got that kind of money to throw around. Scarfs are also a nice touch for an outfit.

Wear pink a lot. Makeup. The indian/bohemian skirts whick I hate to admit that I love. Just be an air head. It is more about the way you act and the way you wear the clothes than what you actually have on.

preppy stores: american eagle, abercrombie, hollister. delias is also considered a preppy store.
visors can be preppy with the right outfit.
a tight shirt, long jeans, and flip flops is a good outfit to wear.
good preppy colors are pink and white.

buy clothes from stores like hollister, abercrombie and fitch, aeropostale, american eagle, pacsun, the gap, old navy, etc... preppy girls use scarfs or ties as belts, and they just tie it at one side of their hips. an example of a preppy girl is mischa barton, she stars in the OC, but now she's also a model for Aeropostale. i think that now a lot of preppy girls like wearing polos. i see a lot of preps wearing polos from Aeropostale. preppy girls also like camis with sequins, and brown belts, like the ones that feel like cow hide.. or something like that.
preppy guys usually wear casual t-shirts or polos with the collars flipped up. and that's all i kno about the guys

hope i helped :)

Vintage style is very in right now. Stores like Charlotte Russe have the cutest stuff. Hollister, American Eagle, A & F, Aeropostale. Just try to find unique things and match them together. Add some odd peaces and some accesories and you'll look hot!

BlondeBabe0282 answered Saturday August 6 2005, 5:21 pm:
You could try stores like Abercrombie or Hollister. If you can't afford them, then just go on their website (www.abercrombie.com / www.hollisterco.com)or to their store and check out the styles. For example, sequins and glitter are in style now. You could go somewhere cheaper like WalMart and get the same thing for half the price. Happy shopping!

Karen answered Saturday August 6 2005, 5:17 pm:
Pretty much anything from American Eagle, Hollister, and Abercrombie and Fitch. Abercrombie and Fitch is quite expensive so if you're willing to pay about $100 for a pair of jeans, go right ahead. Anything with sequins and lace, it's sort of 'preppy'.

If you have a high budget, try shopping at stores like Abercrombie and Fitch/abercrombie [depending on your size] and Hollister Co., or www.abercrombie.com and www.hollisterco.com. If you have a lower budget, stores like Deb [in most malls, probably has a website] and even the Macy's junior department have some cute, preppy styles for less money. GO0D LUCK SHOPPiNG!!!

Hey...

I'm going prep this year too. It's my first year in high school and I want a change :) The places I checked out was like Rave...Aeropostal...Hollister. I know that Hollister is expensive but that's as preppy as you can get. Hollister has great clothes most of the time. Have fun picking out clothes.
