will i get into trouble?
well i was walking home from school and an old man came up to me he groped me so i punched him in his nose it was the first thing that came into my head,and it started bleeding he told me he was going to press charges what should i do?

what you did was the right thing! this man was in the wrong and he shouldn't make you feel other-wise or doubt your reaction.
and if he had any brains, which i'm sure he didn't considering he's a sick old man, he would figure out that by pressing charges on you, the reason for why you punched him would come out, and he would be arrested!
what you did was completley the right thing. if you haven't told a parent or an adult yet you really need to do that because this is very serious! however, do not worry that you will be in trouble for what you did.
it was clearly self-defense and any other smart, self-respecting person would have done the same thing as you!

Don't worry about it. I doubt he wants to get in trouble for groping you so I don't think he is going to press charges. If for some reason he does...well, press charges on him for groping you. You probably should file a police report anyway, then it will be on record if he does try to press charges. I honestly don't think he will though. :)

It was self defense. Great job by the way. However you should have also kicked him in the nuts.
If he trys again. Do the exact same things. However kick his knees and hard, they'll break under 3 pounds of pressure leaving him defensless.

However, if you need to break his knees, do it from the front side, it will not work other wise.

He can't press charges on you if he touched you. That is sexual harrasment and he could be arrested, thrown in jail and YOU can press charges. You need to go to the police about what he did because of that. The whole punching him in the nose is self defence and you can't get in trouble for that at all. Call the cops and you can get him arrested and if he says he's going to press charges on you for making him bleed then it's crap, because he can't if you were defending yourself.

you totally did the right thing! i would have laughed at him because no way will you get in trouble...you jsut defended yourself and you did the right thing. i wouldnt be scared..he knows there is no shot in hell he would win this case..plus he doesnt know who you are!

No you shouldn't get into trouble. I mean do you even know this guy? Seriously and you were just defending yourself. And honestly I think this would be like the absolute dumbest court case ever because I mean you were defending yourself and it was just a bloody nose!

Does he even know you? If not he won't be able to press charges unless he figures it out. And you can't get into trouble for that, he was doing something he shouldn't have been doing and you protected yourself. If he tries to press charges then you yourself should press charges. He started it, and well we can all say that you were the one to finish it haha.

Well, you were just defending yourself and i mean he WAS trying to rob you! and i mean if he touched you HE can be in alot of trouble! and yeah he did start it lol!!!
