ok ... so my mom said that if i loose 10 pounds shed give me 100 dollers!! the problem is..i dont know how.. i cant exercise regularly cause i never have time im always doing soemthing and i cant really eat special things cause one weekend im with my dad and one day during the week i am with him...i dont kno what to do i need HELP! what could i do to loose weight??????????? thank you sooo so much! Like when you are eatting dinner drink water or juice instead of the orginal fatting pop. Also instead of cookies as a snack, eat a salad or something less fatting.

If you choose to work out, then just take it slow. Don't overexersize yourself, that would be bad. Just do push ups, curl ups, running or walking, things like that. Example 2: Like you said, you can't really eat special food. But if you ever go out to eat, then just eat maybe a salad, and some soup or something!

You can of course lay off bread as it is a big "straight to the hips food" BUT..
Replace all your beverages with WATER.. drink at least 8 glasses a day.. and you'll be surprised you can lose weight just by following that simple trick.. and I can almost promise you'll lose at least the 10 lbs your mother is asking.. (and I do mean every beverage.. not flavored water.. as alot has added sugar.. just water)

Just stick to it sometimes girls can tend to slip when they see something they want to eat or are to tired to exercise. Just think posative. Lay of the junk food, try eating more healthy try pasta,bread,fish,salad,vegtables. and meet. Keee your diet healthy. When you feel like a snake have a little sandwich dont snack on sweets or chips stuff like that mabe a pieace of fruit. I not it doesn't sound very exiting but you will feel great and look great. Remember water is good drink lots of it lay of fizzy drinks.

You should first figure out if you are overwieght, and do about 2 hours altogether of exercise each day. Drink 40 ounces of water, that will make you less hungry for food in general, but don't go on a diet or listen to staple-girl. You could KILL yourself doing that. Don't think about what NOT to eat, think about what to eat. All your 2 hours of exercise shouldn't be intense. 30 mins of doing stairs, yard work, walking is good. Do an hour of vigorous activity, and half an hour of biking, eliptical, stretching, push ups and sit ups combined. Talk to your mom about this. She should NOT feel insecure about YOUR weight unless it is a real health problem. Don't diet (it wrecks your metabolism) or EVER EVER EVER EVER resort to ANY type of eating disorder or as some people call it... "a shortcut"

Avoid sweets, fried food, fast food- all that sort of stuff. If your mom is being so encouraging why not ask her for some advise? Snack on pretzels, not chips, or cookies, or cakes, or pies. Make low fat mircowave popcorn, instead of popcorn with butter. And don't eat cheese. See if these things make a difference.
