i want to act as a career but everyone doupts me my confidence is low what should i do

forget every body acting is my life all you have to do ois beileve in your self ive been acting for 8 years and there was times where people has told me that i suck but i take that as constructive critisism and move on so remember no one can bring you down but yourself. hope i could help!!!!!

Tell them to go stick it in the a$$ because you can become anything you want to if you try hard enough. Never lose sight of your dreams. Remeber everyone will tell you that you can't do something for some reason or another, it is your job to tell them that you can.

Don't listen to what everyone else says and you need to start believing that you can be a star. Tell yourself that you are the most beautiful person in the room, and believe it! Don't be shy- just focus on your dream of acting. Don't underestimate the talent and beauty inside of yourself, and seriously ignore the people who don't believe in you- the only person that you need to believe in you is YOURSELF, you CAN do it! Well, don't let them get to you. If you believe in yourself, they will believe that you can do it eventually.
You can try to earn roles and stuff for community presentations.. Even minor roles are okay since "THere are no small roles, only small actors." ^____^
Be prepared to be criticized a lot, so you have to have an ego that isn't bruised easily. Listen to others' advice, especially if they're the ones who know what they're talking about.. ^__^
Since you won't be a star just like that, try to keep your options open... Try acting just as a side hobby, not as your main source of income.. WHen you do hit it on the big time, then you can give up whatever job you currently have..
Believe in yourself and don't take things personally.. A lot of people have helpful criticism.. Try to apply it to yourself and have fun! Acting is still a job, but at least you'll like what you're doing!

SHOW THEM THAT U HAV CONFIDENCE. Surely if you want to have that as a career you can learn to build it up. Try practicing at maybe a school club or find a place where you can act a lot!

If you know you can act and that this could be your career, then ignore everyone that doubt you because they can't stop you. Don't let them get to you because if you do become an actor, they will then see they were wrong about you.

get confidends, believe in yourself!!! take acting or drama at school. and be in school plays! and go for a big part, and be confident, if you mess up, laugh it off!!!! and maybe bein plays during the summer!

because show business is a hard business to be accepted into you should always have something to fall back on, so think about something to study or have as a career just incase things don't turn out so well in the end. Boost up your confidence by ignoring others and just going for it keeping in mind what i said before about something to fall back on.

you shouldn't care what others think if you want to do something that will make you satisfied then go for it! don't let others get in your way. tell them to step aside while you go and catch your dream.

Ignore them!!! you dont need people tell you that you wont get there or you wont do it, thats just putting you down. Think posotive and i think i can and i will do this so when you do you can show them that ignoring them worked and that you can act!!!! I think you make a great actor if you just believe that you can do it.
