Hi, I like the group ICP and my girlfriend doesn't, she doesn't like it because it has killing in it, she hates it. Should I stop liking it or just keep listening to it, I just wanna make her happy, what should I do??

Making her happy is one thing, but don't do it at the expense of yourself. If you like ICP, then listen to it with headphones on or don't play them around her.
My boyfriend is a Juggalo and I can't stand ICP most of the time. I like a song or two, but that's about it. He never MADE me listen to them, he listens on his own time... and I even played nice and went to an ICP concert with him last October. When you're in a relationship you should be accepting of each other's personal tastes, so long as they're not harmful... like drug use or alcoholism.
She doesn't have to LIKE it, but she shouldn't make you feel the need to change.

It's just music. You can try to not listen to them around her though.. ;) Surely she can't be mad about what your listening to when she's not around.

She never said to stop listening to it so just dont play it around her, and if she comes over or something, hide all posters, cds, etc. Try not to talk about that music group anymore around her. But if she isnt there you can blast it away!

Couples in relationships obviously have different tastes otherwise it's be really boring! I dont think that you should stop listening to ICP if you enjoy it. However, if it is making you unhappy that it is making your girlfriend unhappy then maybe you should stop listening to them otherwise you'll be miserable! You haven't mentioned whether your girlfriend wants you to stop listening to them- maybe if shes only bothered about you playing ICP when shes around, just listen to them without her. Ultimately just do what makes you happy!

WTF! If you listening to a band can fuck up your relationship, then somethings wrong. Why the fuck should you have to change the music you listen to to make her happy? Can she be happy with you just not listening to it around her?

You are intitled to your own opinion so just keep liking it no matter what she likes and if she can't accept that then she's not worth it.

Just listen to it. If she really liked you she wouldent make you stop listening to it. How would she like it if you made her stop listening to her favorite band? She wouldent like it. Just tell her you like the band and will listen to it. And she should respect the fact that you listen to it and not try to make you stop just because she said so. If she gets mad, tell her to get over it. Seriously, its not music..maybe if YOU were killing people, that would be okay to be mad about.

Just because your girlfriend doesn't like it doesn't mean you have to stop listening to it. If she just hates the sound of it (I myself don't really love ICP, but I can stomach it if I have to) just don't listen to it around her. Listen to it all you want to at home. That will make her happy, I'm sure. My boyfriend likes Slipknot almost to points of obsession, and I'm not in love with it, but I can deal with it. We sort of...even out. He doesn't like Coldplay and I do, but he listens to it sometimes like I listen to his Slipknot stuff. Just compromise with her.
