OK so my BFF's little brother is completely discusting!!! He acts very preverted even to me! It's sooo gross. He does things that are well REALLY inapropriate! Aye, the little perverted nine year olds. I've had that happen to me many a times.
Different kids need different kinds of ways to make them stop. You could try ignoring him any comment he makes just don't even look at him. Let him get on with his pervertedness. When he realises you're not intrested hopefully he will stop. You could also try and avoid him but that'd be pretty hard if you're round your friends house.
Talk to one of the kids parents see what they make of it and see if they can get him to stop.
