Weight??? Hi, I am 13 going on 14 and i weigh about 106 lbs. give or take two. Is that fat? Bc i really feel fat and i feel like there is nothbing i can do.
What are some ways to lose like 10 lbs but staying healthy!

105 pounds.. that is either perfect or underweight.
it is normal to feel insecure.. but don't lose any weight.
if you lose weight at all it is not healthy.. think about it.. to be less than 100 pounds..
it is just a number, but it sounds like you may be a candidate for therepy talk to your parents! ]

No way! You're not fat and you seem to be just the right weight. I'm your age too and I weigh 100. I promise, you're fine. And if you really want to lose weight or eat healthy, buy healthy cereal and fruits and veggies. I don't know if you participate in Lent but you could try to give up sweets. Just an idea though. You're not fat and I hope I helped!

It all depends on your height. That seems like an average weight though..depending on how tall you are. ]
you dont need to loose ANY weight! if you are about 5'3"-5'4" then you are underweight! dont worry about loosing any weight! im sure you are fine like you are! if you really want to loose weight, i would recommend loosing NO MORE than 6 lbs. so you will be at 100 lbs. but its up to you. all i can say is eat healthy and exercise!

ok hun you are NOT overweight. It does depend on how tall you are, but I am 15, 5 foot 7, and 115 pounds, which is under weight... even though it seems like a lot. If you lose 10 lbs... you could become sick. Ask your doctor for your ideal weight...

How tall are you, for one? If you're at least 5'5", you're not overweight, you're underweight. 106 isn't overweight unless you're 4'11" or under. ]
Well i cant say your fat or skinny i dont know your height. But chances are thats a very good weight just run or do crunches. Just watch what you eat. No junk food. Cut down on the pop that helps you out majorily like you wouldnt believe!!-trix ]
That is not fat. Believe me, that's fine! The reason you feel fat is because all teenage girls hate their bodies. You see other girls and you think "why can't I be that thing/pretty?" But in reality, they are looking at you and thinking the same thing.
But drinking a lot of water, walking every day, and not eating things like poptarts, cookies, candy, non-diet soda, etc. can help you lose weight. Though you really don't need it. ]
Girl please you do not way to much and if u lose 10 more pounds you would look aneracent(dont know how to spell... but if you really do want to lose weith do a lot of sit ups and crunches and walk alot and run alot and try cutting down on the chunk food and soda ]
okay, you are not fat or overweight because if i am the same age (14 in april) and i weigh 110 lbs. if you really feel the need to lose weight, drink more milk, dont drink alot of soda or carbonated drinks, and do cardio workouts. those all help you lose weight around your middle. hope i helped! ]
It truely depends on how tall you are. The easiest thing for you to do is search online for a BMI (Body Mass Indicator) In that type your height and weight. If you are either under or over weight it will tell you. If you are over weight try doing pilates, running, or biking any of which tone your body and discipline your mind. ]

106~ ur nuts~ alot of my friends weight more than that and look like the weigh like 50 pounds trust me!If you want to stay fit what you could do is run a bit after skool or do some xtra sit ups and stuff like that but as far as I am conserned most people would love to weigh that much and some just can't help it~

You are definatley not fat if your 106 pounds at 13! I'm 12 and i weigh 115! And I don't look fat so don't think your overwieght! ]
to me that is not fat...but if you want to loose weight you can do crunches and push ups. also try to lift weights and run alot. i also like to dance to stay fit. lol but thats just me! =) hope i've helped. ]
Thats not fat at all, losing 10 pounds wont be good. It's not good to be too skinny, most girls look better with a little meat on there bones..dont lose any weight you'll just be hurting yourself <-* ]
How tall are you? If you are tall, then it's alright to be at that weight at your age. You aren't fat, trust me because I weigh the same as you and I'm the skinniest girl you have ever seen; people think I'm anorexic because I'm underweight. You aren't overweight either. If you want to lose about 10 pounds, even though you don't, just do three simple things; eat healthy, watch what you eat and how much you eat, and exercise daily. Start eating foods with low carbs and calories and drink lots of water. You will lose weight if you do start staying healthy but it will take about a month to start seeing results.
