Hi, I am 13 going on 14 and i weigh about 106 lbs. give or take two. Is that fat? Bc i really feel fat and i feel like there is nothbing i can do.
What are some ways to lose like 10 lbs but staying healthy!

i really dont know what to do...i hate my stepdad i just cannot stand him his such an asshole..and i told me mom and she knows i hate him..and when his friends are over he acts like hes all bad and shit..hes nuthin, and he told me today when its rainin and thundering outside to go and mow the yard...my mom argues with him all the time because hes a lil selfish bitch and he does nuthin for other people...he thinks he gots it all good cause he doesnt have to pay for the house cause my real dad does...i have a choice of moving to my dads house but i dont want to break my moms heart...what should i do?i have really thought about killing him...lol..i mean ill come home with really nice clothes and he'll be like wheres mine..i mean he trys to joke around sometimes but i just want him to know i do not like him... my boyfriend said something really mean to me about the way i look earlier today on the phone. i hung up on him and he keeps calling back and i wont answer. he left a message saying "if you ever stop being mad at me call me, ill understand if you dont though" i want to call him back...what should i say? ok let me explain with me being a guy aand him hopefully being a guy you should know every guy thinks very similar unless they are gay. The only reason he said something like hat to you is probably because you said something mean or made him mad or he was just kidding. You should call him back and let him say whatever hes going to say i garantee its an apologie

I was looking through my closet just to check on my dress that I'm gonna wear tonight to a party, and when I tried it on, I realised it had this pretty big and noticable tear right on the butt! and i dont know what to do! i dont have any other dress options in my closet, i can't leave the house to buy another one, and i absolutely canNOT wear this torn dress! what should i do? because i would rather skip the party than feel totally self-consious....HELP PLZ!
