Question Posted Saturday December 18 2004, 6:01 pm
If I walked on the tredmill for an hour every morning, didn't eat as much and ate healthy, and did crunches and excercises, do you think I would get skinnier within a month? Thanks.
AsKmE135 answered Sunday December 19 2004, 10:33 pm: Sure.. and by saying you will "get skinnier" you may lose 1 pound, or u may lose 10... it all just depends on how much you exercise and what you eat and how fast your metabolism is. Just don't starve yourself!! [ AsKmE135's advice column | Ask AsKmE135 A Question ]
dancindanger answered Sunday December 19 2004, 5:41 pm: Yes you would. I have been walking 3 times a week, for about an hour or so, for a few weeks now. I have also been eating less, and doing crunches and exercising. I lost a full pound in the first 2 days. In these few weeks, I have lost a totaly of 10 pounds. But I also dance, play soccer, and softball, and I do extra at home. For sure, you would lose weight in one month, but I can't say exactly how much, because for each person it's different. Hope I helped. [ dancindanger's advice column | Ask dancindanger A Question ]

Shaylee answered Sunday December 19 2004, 12:49 am: If you eat healthier and a bit less and exercised more then yes you will lose weight. How much would depend on your current situation of course before you start the program. It depends on a number of things but basically exercise more eat healthy and you're home free. If you didn't do that before then you will lose weight, but don't expect miracles at first take it slowly. [ Shaylee's advice column | Ask Shaylee A Question ]
Shortie8959 answered Saturday December 18 2004, 11:21 pm: Yes, but just remember not to over exert yourself, and never skip breakfast, because in the long run, it'll screw up your metabolism! Good luck!
Hope I helped!

Shopaholic answered Saturday December 18 2004, 10:52 pm: Yea probably. If you cut off the sweets and sugar that might help too. The tredmill, not eating so much, and the excercise is also a great way.
Here to help!

lalathepinkbunny answered Saturday December 18 2004, 10:50 pm: You might. But you really shouldn't cut down on the amount of food your taking in. Your body needs the energy it gets from food to be able to work out(healthily), So just eat the same amount, but cut down on the carbs, sugar, and fat intake. Tinkerbelle answered Saturday December 18 2004, 9:08 pm: Well yeah you'd get skinnier, but not in a healthy way. You shouldn't just skimp on your meals because you wanna lose weight. All you'd have to do is that hour on the treadmill, eat a breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and try to eat healthier. But give yourself a treat every now and then, how fun is it to lose weight when all you eat is crap?
I've lost 6 pounds in the past couple of weeks, and I ate whatever the heck I wanted, seriously. P.E. at school is what's helping me, so that's really all you need. [ Tinkerbelle's advice column | Ask Tinkerbelle A Question ]
