ok well i just got a trampoline and im trying to loose weight if i jump around for 1 hour each day would i loose 30 pounds in 1 month
I hate to say it but probably not. You usually lose a max of 6 pounds per week IF you are exersising a half hour every day and eating correctly. So its still a great idea but it will take longer then a month to lose all the weight.

My mother bought me a beta fish (a Japanese fighting fish) and I have no idea how to take care of it. I got a book on how to take care of it, but you have to decode it (meaning I don't understand a word of it) The local veterenarians don't really know how to take care of these fish because not alot of their clients have fighting fishes. Does anyone on Advicenators know ANYTHING about these fishes? Do you know any sites where I can find information?
a beta fish is pretty easy to take care of...follow the directions on the food container and if u can find a specific food just for these fish...remember to change the water in the bowl or tank and most important put the beta fish alone in the bowl without any other fish...hope this helps xoxo

yeah, you would lose weight. eating healthier foods will help you in the long run too besides the fact you wont gain weight...just dont starve yourself or do too much...xoxo rate me!

m/16 Hi, ive been dating my girlfriend for 5 months and a few weeks and her parents are, sorry to say, PISSING ME THE **** OFF. They wont EVER let her see me but maybe 1 every two weeks or so, and it kills me cause i never get ANY alone time with her, and the time we do get to spend together is with friends cause her parents wont let her over to my house alone. Anyone know of anything I can do to get their parents to let her do somthing, or anything i can tell my girl to say? help please!
5 months is a pretty long time without going out on a normal non group date but respect the parents descisions even tho it seems stupid. Maybe instead of her going over to your house ask her parents if you can come over and hang out with her @ her house...theyll prob think its a good compromise...theyll get to know you and trust you so you can go on a normal date with your gf...hope this helps xoxox

my friend has had this off and on relationship with this guy.hes fingered her and made out alot and stuff but he goes off and does stuff like that with other people.shes like my best friend EVER and she calls me crying sayin hes makin out with some girl.it breaks my heart and i think she should leave him.all he does is break her hearrt.she deserves so much better but she claims she loves him so much.other times she hates him.can someone help me?im afraid im in the middle.

It's a vicious cycle. She's probably very vonerable so just remain a good friend but remind her that she desirves better. Dont be harsh because shell feel like your attacking her...tell the turth but in a caring way.
