ok well i just got a trampoline and im trying to loose weight if i jump around for 1 hour each day would i loose 30 pounds in 1 month

I hate to say it but probably not. You usually lose a max of 6 pounds per week IF you are exersising a half hour every day and eating correctly. So its still a great idea but it will take longer then a month to lose all the weight.
