Well, if you drink really cold water, it makes your body burn more calories to warm itself up, AND drinking water kind of fills you up, so you don't really want to eat as much. So, yeah, it can help. ]
well yes and no,you have to eat fruits a veggies.not alot of junk food,like no sodas.drink juice milk water,and exercise.that should help you lose weight.

Yeah because if your drinking alot of water then your not drinking as much pop,kool-aid, tea all that junk thats high in sugar. And if your drinking water I would drink cold water because it burns more calories. BUT keeo in mind that you should drink too much water all the time bacause like people said before you can become water logged. Hope I helped :) ]
its not the water that helps you lose weight its what your drinking the water in place of, if your drinking water, you not drinking things like coke or other beverages that have a large amount of sugar in them, drink as much as you normally would, dont just sit around drinking water and expect to lose weight you should drink it when you want to. ]
10 ten ounce glasses of water a day will burn 360 calories.. something like that i'm not positive.. but yah it can help if ur not drinking much water at the moment.. plus remember.. sodas and juices are really fattening and water is pure nothing and give you a full feeling.. hope i helped

yes it does ecspecially if its cold actually all cold things help u loose wieght better becuase they make ur motabolism work harder! ]
well you can drink water and juice and stuff like that and cut down on the pop. only have a bout 1 pop a day. be4 every meal drink a cup of water and then you wont eat as much as normal if this helps then great!!! ]

i dunno if it does, it prolly does cuz it has no salt and salt makes u retain water...but i bet if u only drank water it'd help u lose weight a lot more than juice or pop or something like that! plus water's goooood im drinking some right now =D
