Here-To-Help answered Saturday August 28 2004, 12:14 pm: Aww it's nothing to worry about. When you first get your period the cycle is a little off...Like me, I've had my period for a year, and I just missed this months...it's really nothing to worry about...
But if you miss much more months, I'd tell someone just in case...
Rei answered Saturday August 28 2004, 10:14 am: dun worry theres nothing wrong at all! sometimes periods are not always "on time" so tell her not to worry so much. she could go see a doctor if shes still worried about it.
hope shes okay.. good luck! -Rei [ Rei's advice column | Ask Rei A Question ]

Leigh answered Friday August 27 2004, 9:04 pm: Periods no matter how regular you are are always going to be off. Your body is constantly changing but if she is worried about it she should talk to her mom about it.

UnluckyWishes answered Friday August 27 2004, 7:11 pm: Your period changes over the years.Like when you get it.It's happened to me a couple times and i got mine in 5th grade and i'm in 8th grade now.Wait about two weeks to see what happens and if it doesnt just have her mom or dad take her to the doctors just be safe.If she started doing alot of physical activities or stopped doing them that could also be why or if she's been eating differently.Dont worry too much , it's actually pretty common, but make sure she's keeping an eye on how its going.Hope i helped. SiLenTxfAiRy answered Friday August 27 2004, 5:49 pm: Even though she had it awhile ago, shes still young so its probably irregular. nothing to worry about. if she goes 2 months without it, tell her to talk to her mom about it. But then again, it may still be shes irregular. And I guess hormones have something to do with it..idk too much about that though:) Dont worry!
JustAskAlli answered Friday August 27 2004, 4:48 pm: Well first of all.. if she never had sex then shes not pregnant. But your hormones are sometimes trying to be balanced so that my occur from time 2 time.. but if this month starts to get longer in time she would might wanna talk to her doctor. There could be a problem. xoxo

xo_dream answered Friday August 27 2004, 4:14 pm: Even after you've had it for a while, they can still be irregular. And things like stress, losing // gaining weight, increases in exercise, etc, can also have an effect on it. It's probably no big deal =) [ xo_dream's advice column | Ask xo_dream A Question ]
Mackenzie answered Friday August 27 2004, 3:57 pm: Well, if she has Recently staRted heR peRiod, it's expected to be a bit iRRegulaR foR awhile. OR if she's had it a long time alReady, it could easily be the Result of stRess. If she faces the same pRoblem next month, she should pRobably visit a doctoR. Til then.. I wouldn't woRRie. Laura answered Friday August 27 2004, 3:30 pm: Yeah, I got mine every month faithfully for like 7 months, and now I'm skipping like every other month. If your friend REALLY wants to know when she's going ot have them, like if she has 6 a year and she doesn't know when to prepare, have her ask her doctor about the pill.
xxoBriannax answered Friday August 27 2004, 3:29 pm: It can still be irregular sometimes. She has nothing to worry about. Unless, it's like three months down the road and she didn't get it yet, have her go to the doctor.
Karen answered Friday August 27 2004, 3:28 pm: Don't worry, it's not a problem. Cycles run differently. That's how her cycle is for now, it'll change and go back to normal. Hope I helped :) [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
