Braces
ok well about a week ago ii got braces and on my bottom lip inside i have like this sore from them and the dentist sed i would for a few days but it hurts REALLY bad wen my braces hit it or i smile and i dont know what to do help!!!!

get some wax for ur braces from either the doctore or the drugstore cuz it is just from them rubbing but the wax will help alot *STEPHANIE*

Ok, well you can use wax, go to a grocery store and ask the clerk if they have wax for braces, also try Peroxyl, its cheap and you can get it at grocery stores too. If ya need anything else just drop it in the inbox!!

It's probably a canker-sore. Those things kill! My dentist gave me this stuff called Zilactin-B. You take a q-tip and put some of the medication on the sore. It numbs the sore and makes it go away faster! It works so great! Hope I helped! =)

Ask your dentist for some wax, then put it over the part that's irritating your lip.

take some motrin and go back to ur dentist to tell him how much its bothering u...i mean maybe it's just cauze ur lips...on the inside...aren't used to the metal rubbing against them...tell ur dentist how ur feeling and ask if theres anything he can do

i had braces too...and yes they suck. but those sores do go away after a while. just stick with it when they come off you will look exquisite.

ok, well I have braces as well, and what i do when i get those sores from them is, i put the wax on it, the dentist should have gave u a little package with a lot of stuff in it to help u take care of ur braces, well just put a little bit of that on, and it will stop hurting.

Alrighty. Well I have been in your shoes too. When you got your braces the ortho should have given you a little package of wax. If not then you can go to your local drug store and buy some. Take a little piece and place it on your braces where it is rubbing against your gums. After a while your gums will become used to it and they will stop hurting so much. Good Luck!!

I have braces too and what you should do, is go to your local drugstore and buy sum dental wax. All you need is just a little bit, and put it on your bracets that are rubbing against your lip! It does the trick, believe me!!

thats normal trust me.. just put the wax on it.. i gave my friend a thing for when you do your nails to put inside your mouth it puts your fingers apart.. it wasnt used but it was a gushy thing so it didnt bother her

get some wax to put in there so that its not scraping up your whole mouth. Braces stink! sRy babe, but they wont hurt forever. Just eat soups till your mouth softens up and it doesnt hurt so bad. If you dont like soups even salads wont hurt too much. Puddings are good for snacking. Good luck babe xoxo

Sweetie dont worry...i've been there done that! Just ask your orthodontsist for WAX and just apply some on the brackets that are digging in ur lip!It helps so much! hope i helped ;)

This happened to me all the time. It's more than likely a wire poking you. If you don't have wax, and you don't want to go back to the dentist or orthodontist, you can buy it at Dollar Tree, and I'm sure many other places, in the aisle where they have the toothbrushes and stuff. Just put a little ball over the bracket where your lip hurts, and flatten it a little bit. But first, look in the mirror and see if you see a wire sticking out. If you do, call your dentist/orthodontist and ask him to check it for you. :) Hope that helped.

Ask for sum wax... so it wont rub... n wen u go to sleep put on sum wax.... it will help...

Go to the drugstore and try to find something that is numbing for mouth pain. Baby Oragel is a nice mild one. FYI, they all taste nasty, but it'll ease the pain until the sore goes away and you can get some wax.

Well, I had braces for the longest time so I know the pain you're going through. If you can get wax from your doctor. That helps a lot! You just put the wax over the braces that are bugging your lips and the pain should eventually go away. I hope this helps!

well you cant really do anything about it, its a cankor sore, you just have to wait for it to go away, i think there is something for it to make it go away faster but im not sure what its called, sorry

Maybe you can put some sort of mouth stuff on it. Like orajel or something, to make the pain go away. I dont know really cuz Ive never had braces.

From the looks of it, you have a blister in your mouth. Yeah, they do hurt a LOT. A wire is probably poking you in your mouth without you knowing it. I had braces and that only happened when a wire was poking. So go back to the dentist, and they'll fix it for you. =)
